When we got to the room #107 and opened the door...there was a bad smell. I had to spray lysol and other fragrances to get rid of it.

Great Swimming Pool with Iguana Poop

Where do I start. Sent message to hotel the day before to let them know we would need early check-in. Never got a response and when we went to check in we were told that 3PM was check-in time. They said we could use the pool to wait and the pool was full of Iguana shit all over the deck. We told the pool attended or who we thought was him told us that it wasn't his job. Total bad experience!!!!

Cons:

Bye ca contestaron mis correos, en general el personal que trabaja ahí, no habitúa saludar, incluso ni contestan el saludo. En recepción si te atienden pero no hablan nada de español.

Cons:

The check in time was RIDICULOUS!!!! Why is there only 1 person checking in people, retrieving packages, searching for staff members and answering questions!!! What was supposed to be 5-10 mins took like half an hour and only 4 of us was on the line.

Tranquilo y cómodo

Excelente ubicación para aquellos que ya desean descansar y salir directo al aeropuerto, lugar tranquilo, el precio me parece muy bien con respecto a la oferta de la habitación, el personal muy amable y cordial.

Cons:

El parqueo tiene un costo de $10 por noche, no está mal no es una queja, si no que lo pongo a consideración para que conozcan que hay que pagar si vas con tu vehículo, pero hay otros hoteles que ya te incluye en tu pago de habitación- free parking. No se por que unos hoteles lo cobran y otros no, creo que tiene que ver mucho con el costo de la habitación que pagas y que son hoteles desarrollados para estancias cortas, ellos se concentran más en ofertar un precio bajo por habitación el cual resultó muy económico por una noche.
