Pros:

Mac has exceptional customer service, there was a rush at check in and he handled everything on his own. He was really nice to all guests, and you could tell he enjoyed serving people.

Bed wasn’t very comfortable. Seemed like there were people that actually lived there - they were in and out in their sleep wear. Breakfast area wasn’t cleaned when people were done.

Instalações antigas precisando
Urgentemente de reforma. Somente dois elevadores disponíveis sendo que um permaneceu quebrado durante toda estadia. Outros hóspedes comentaram terem ficados presos no elevador no dia anterior. Reservei um quarto com 2 camas e um sofá cama e ao chegar no hotel foi nos dados um quarto sem sofá cama que era necessário já que estávamos em 5 pessoas. O hotel não tinha o quarto reservado disponível e ficamos aguardando mais de 1 hora até conseguissem resolver. Apesar de todo transtorno, a gerente foi muito atenciosa e fez de tudo para nos ajudar a resolver

Brilliant value for money. When you need a night's stay before your cruise it's a great location!
Pros:

Room spacious with everything that we needed, super bathroom with brilliant shower. Fridge, microwave and coffee maker all in room. Breakfast was self-serve on paper plates, but was adequate for our needs with quite a wide choice for the price which we paid for our stay.

Cons:

Corridors were dark and uninviting. Very few staff available. No evening meals/bar service available so we crossed the highway to other venues.
