Mac at the front desk was very helpful, pleasant and professional, the room was very nice.

I have stayed here for many many years. And atleast 2 to 3 times a year. I have always been very happy with the service, the rooms in the location. But my visit this time from May 29 through June 5 I dealt with Mac at the front desk. I have to say he was excellent with his helpfulness, knowledge, and friendliness. I had to call the day before I came with Questions. He answered all my questions for me, I did not act like I was a bother or interruption, but he was doing at the time. When I came to check in today. He again went above and beyond to help me with my room and any additional questions I had. I worked for an insurance company for 20+ years, and Customer Service nowadays it’s not like it was 20 years ago. People are not kind or polite or helpful. Mac was all of those things so I really appreciate his knowledge and help he gave me to make my check in process go smoothly and easy.

Great place and location. We stayed one night before heading up north and it was lovely. Great Mediterranean restaurants right across the street. Gym and pool clean. Would stay here again.

Mac (front desk) provided great customer service and accommodations

Rooms were clean, but very rude staff and inconvenient location. However we had su h lovely time with Mac at front desk, the stars here are just for him. I can only give 4 as other hotel service was far from perfect. Someone needs to ensure to keep Mac there for good comments

Rooms were clean and fresh. The breakfast was excellent. Cheese and ham omelette was very good. Large coffee machine freshly grinds and then brews your cup of coffee at the push of a button.

Mac who we nicknamed "BIG MAC" was absolutely AMAZING! Restaurants and shopping literally walking distance (across the street). Rooms are CLEAN and spacious. The heated pool was so nice on that hot day. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone!

Huge shoutout to the front desk crew! Super nice, attentive and courteous. That is the customer service I strive for.

Mac at the front desk went out of his way to help with his excellent customer service. He provided us water, keep our bags stored until room was available ( we arrived early from cruise , and gave us information on what to do while we waited. He promptly called to tell us when the room was ready.

Stay was great, super comfortable bed room really clean, staff was super especially Mac he’s the one that gets things done!
The only objection is they close breakfast at 9:30 am

I checked in late & was greeted by Alina front desk..very friendly & provided much information! Very pleasant & professional. This was the best choice. The hotel was very clean, from the lobby to my room. The breakfast had great choices & there was turkey bacon! The morning front desk person, Mac very pleasant, helpful & very professional. The free ride to the airport EXCELLENT option to offer. 10 min from airport! I will be back because of ALL the accommodations & staff!

We had an amazing stay. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. We had the pleasure of meeting Mac from Guest Services at the front desk. Mac was extremely polite and professional and made our check out and shuttle service experience just perfect. We would definitely stay again in the future and I highly recommend this hotel for a quiet and comfortable experience.

Work has me on the road 3/4 weeks per month, and I always stay IHG. This was the cleanest holiday inn I have stayed in. Mac at the front desk was exceptional. He upgraded me to a suite, gave me dinner recommendations, was extremely friendly and helpful, and even set aside laundry detergent and softener for me for when I got back from dinner. He even cut my airline tags from my bag for me. Way above and beyond. Great service, great stay, and very convenient to FLL.

He even brought me warm coffee and a bag filled with breakfast items for the morning.
