Clean rooms and friendly atmosphere
Pros:

Pros:

The hotel was clean and rooms were very nice.

Cons:

The carts to take luggage to your room are a nightmare. I felt like I was working against the world to get luggage inside. I was not the only one who complained about them! We could here people talking in hallway so walls I assume are very thin. Otherwise not a bad stay at all.

Breakfast was good I liked all of the choices loved the the coffee machine.

Cons:

The bathroom was much smaller than all the other Holiday Inn Expresses that we stayed at this week but I understand when space is limited.

Great value just a little noisy.
Pros:

We have been there before it is a good place to stay. We just had a had tile getting comfortable due to all the in and out late night of the other guests. Which is out of the control of the facility. And being the first room and by the elevator didn’t make it easier.

Cons:

The late night in and out by other guess just was noisy and didn’t make it easy to relax. We couldn’t sleep. Ended up leaving around 1am and heading home. It was our monthly outing away from the kids so it was ok.

Bad experience
Pros:

My suite is spacious and had a comfortable house and extra linens.

Cons:

1- the girl at the front desk did not know how to get the computer or printer to work. She tried and was very nice about it but if youre going to offer a service, you need to train your employees on how to do it. 2 - the curtains in the room only cover not even half of the windows and there was a spotlight outside my room. I need darkness to sleep so I barely slept because my room was like daylight. 3 - the coffee maker in the room would not work. Nothing worse than having to stumble downstairs half asleep to get a cup of coffee. 4- the breakfast was NOT diabetic friendly. Sugary sweets, high carb bagels, pancakes, cereal, etc. Since 60% of americans have diabetics, maybe you should offer wome things they can eat. The eggs and sausages that I could eat were crispy from being in the warmer too long. 5 - I was overcharged for my room. I booked theough booking.com with a rate of $129 and I looked at my account today and i was charged $179!
