La ubicación, esta grande el hotel, bonita recepción

En la habitación habia un ruido molesto como un clack cada 10-15 minutos, llegamos super cansados de la calle y fue muy difícil dormir con ese ruido, el clima era muy frio en 22 grados y al pasar a 23 grados se apagaba, no dormimos nada bien

Pros:

Nada, la habitación estaba muy sucia sobre todo debajo de las camas y el buffet estaba pésimo la comida fría y el café frío

La entrada hasta las 3 de la tarde , cuando llegamos nos estuvieron esperando casi 3 horas según ellos los cuartos todos estaban sucios y hasta que limpiaran nos dejaban entrar , después de eso el personal de limpieza a laa 8 de la mañana pegando bien duro a la puerta para decir que más tarde venían a limpiar de verdad que pesimoooooooo servicio del hotel 😡

No tiene suficientes cajones de estacionamiento y el hotel no se hace responsable si lo dejas a fuera de la instalación, llegue 10 minutos antes del check in, y me dijeron que me tenia q esperar por que no tenían habitaciones disponibles, solo pague la estancia y regrese a las 11 pm, me entregaron una habitación sucia, papeles en el baño, camas destendidas, jabon y toallas usadas, después me cambiaron a otra habitación qué no funcionaba el aire, la alberca con el agua sucia, la vdd no me gustó
