Seriously Disappointed with the Lack of Cleanliness

Cons:

I recently stayed at this hotel for five nights, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory due to the poor standards of cleanliness. Despite the length of my stay, the bedsheets were never changed, which is unacceptable.

To make matters worse, the general cleaning was subpar. I accidentally spilled a drink on the floor early in my stay, and the stain remained there for all five nights, even though the cleaning staff entered my room daily. This indicates a serious lack of attention to detail and a failure to properly clean the rooms.

Overall, I am extremely disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. Basic hygiene standards were not met, and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who values a clean and comfortable environment.
