Polite and helpful staff.

Cons:

Lack of bath mat in the slippy bath. Although available on request at reception it's a bit late once you're in the bath.
Only one comfortable chair in a double room with two people sharing.

A pleasant surprise and would return.
Pros:

Lovely hotel and great value for money.

Cons:

Breakfast appeared to have been cryogenically prepared - pre-cooked and heated up and tasteless. A shame because it was a lovely spread.

Wonderful stay
Pros:

Staff were all welcoming, healpful and nothing was too much trouble. Big spacious room, nice and quiet for working purposes. Food was good, breakfast had a really good choice and staff were very accomodating. Evening menu was varied and food was good.

Cons:

Although the food was good, the large salad was not much more than a side salad and it cost £14. It was a little dated in parts and although our room was large it felt a bit sparse with furniture.

Super friendly staff. I booked the room for my husband and I asked for a nice treat for him and they did their best. He said the room was super clean. The staff were helpful and friendly. The breakfast was normal. The restaurant was good
