En soi c'est une belle grande structure moderne et originale. L'apparence est agréable. Le buffet du petit déjeuner offre un vaste choix.

En principe les perturbations ou nuisances sont mentionnées à l'avance. Or un immense chantier de fondation d'un complexe avec extraction de pierres a commencé à l'arrière de l'hôtel et provoque un grand vacarme à partir de 7 heures du matin. Tout cela n'est pas mentionné à la réservation, ni même à l'enregistrement et l'on découvre seulement dans la chambre le problème avec un billet ironique exprimant les regrets de l'hôtel qui offre en cadeau des bouchons pour les oreilles. Evidemment pas moyen de changer de chambre car l'hôtel est complet ce qui est faux puisqu'en simulant une réservation aux mêmes dates il y a de la place. Les chambres du 6ém qui nécessitent un changement d'ascenseur et donnant sur l'arrière semblent destinées aux clients Booking, au moins par déduction puisque le personnel précise que les autres chambres sont destinées aux groupes, effectivement nombreux. Pas trop fair-play ! Par ailleurs les chambres sont petites, le porte bagage est fixé au mur par un support métallique qui peut endommager une valise, la ventilation ne fonctionne pas alors que l'on ne peut pas ouvrir la fenêtre à cause du bruit... L'hôtel est très loin de Bergen, dans un quartier résidentiel n'offrant aucune distraction ni commodité hormis deux restaurants aussi médiocres que celui de l'hôtel

Overall it was ok.
Pros:

Breakfast, restaurant food was good, property was quite spacious with large parking area, very close to the airport

Cons:

Unfortunately room was not too clean, windows extremely dirty, no amenities, no daily cleaning if it was requested upfront, extensive construction work going on around hotel which made lots of noise, quite far from the center

Pros:

Ci è piaciuto prendere il tram per andare in centro città. Ci mette circa 50 minuti ma è comunque carino il tragitto. Si può lasciare la macchina nel parcheggio dell'hotel, pagando un extra.

Cons:

Ikke kjøleskap på rommet. Dyrt rom. Dårlig klesskap. Vask av rom etter eget ønske. Mye støv og dårlig rengjøring i høyden på skape var det tykt lag med støv. Mye støy når vinduene åpnes.
