Volveremos pero sin comer allí
Pros:

La tranquilidad, la limpieza y la atención de la recepción.
La ubicación es muy correcta, cerca de todo. Las camas muy cómodas.

Cons:

No tienen aire acondicionado ni nevera y el ventilador estaba un poco sucio, pero lo limpiaron en cuanto lo dijimos en Recepción.
La comida del restaurante no era lo que parecía, demasiado grasa, llegamos una hora antes del cierre y ya faltaban muchas cosas en el bufet, para 20€ no merece la pena, para mí.
El camarero nos puso la mesa tocando los cubiertos por el lado que nos metemos en la boca, muy poco higiénico y profesional.

Pros:

Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit Terrasse.
Zudem hatten wir Frühstück dazu gebucht, welches völlig ausreichend war. Dort findet jeder etwas!

Auch das Personal war sehr freundlich.
Am ersten Abend viel uns auf das unser Fernseher nicht funktionierte, am nächsten Morgen sprachen wir es direkt an und als wir mittags wieder kamen, hatten wir einen neuen!

Der Pool ist super, angenehme Temperatur und jeder findet eine Liege!

Wenn wir nochmal nach Puerto de la Cruz kommen würden wir auf jeden Fall hier hin wieder kommen.
Vorallem für das Preis-Leistungs Verhältnis!

Hotel tranquilo y céntrico, pero sin grandes lujos
Pros:

Es un hotel tranquilo, sin alboroto y muy cerca del centro. Tiene lo necesario para disfrutar de la estancia, pero sin muchos lujos. Me gustaría destacar sobre todo la atención y amabilidad del personal, siempre saludando con una sonrisa.

Tienen zona de gimnasio bastante bien equipada (caminadora, elíptica, pesas... Un poco de todo), con vistas a la piscina. La piscina cuenta con duchas y varias hamacas.

Además, cuentan con restaurante y bar, pero no lo llegamos a probar.

Cons:

Hacía calor y las habitaciones no tenían aire acondicionado, solo un ventilador con poca potencia. Aunque ya lo sabíamos antes de ir, fue algo negativo, ya que hizo bastante calor esos días.

Sin duda alguna el personal. Bastante desagradables.

El último día que hicimos el check out pronto (antes de la hora del desayuno), solicité a dos miembros de recepción si me podía llevar 2 plátanos ya que había pagado el desayuno y tenía que irme antes y solo lanzaban evasivas, diciéndome que no era posible. Finalmente intenté entrar al comedor a las 6:55 (5’ antes de la obra de apertura) y me contestó la camarera a gritos diciéndome que aún no estaban abiertos. El único coherente el chico alto del restaurante, que salió en mi defensa (que solo quería coger dos plátanos cuando había pagado el desayuno) . No puse hoja de reclamaciones porque ya no me daba margen.
