Pros:

Ci è piaciuto tutto! Dalla prima accoglienza, con lo staff molto gentile e cordiale, ai servizi, la piscina top, la pulizia dell'hotel e dell'appartamento, la gentilezza anche delle signore delle pulizie che ogni giorno anche in tarda mattinata ci pulivano la stanza con cura ed attenzione. Posizione ottima sia per le spiagge, per il supermercato, lo stabilimento dei bus, il centro tutto raggiungibile facilmente in pochi minuti a piedi. Ci ritorneremo molto volentieri!

Cons:

Dall'appartamento si vede un piccolo cimitero, in realtà a noi non ha dato fastidio però lo dico, nel caso qualcuno possa avere dei problemi a riguardo. Credo sia visibile da diversi punti dell'hotel :)

La habitación amplia, el buen trato, las recomendaciones de visitas turísticas y sobre todo el trato com el recepcionesta muy amable servicial y si nota que le gusta si trabajo

El sitio está bien, no es un alojamiento nuevo. Pero las instalaciones sobretodo la piscina estaba muy bien

Sin Aire acondicionado y en el baño nos encontramos un par de cucarachas enormes. Creo q salían de la ducha pq solo las vimos ahí. Pero por lo demás bien

Experiencia muy satisfactoria
Pros:

La ubicación, la amabilidad del personal y la piscina.

Cons:

No tiene aire acondicionado aunque realmente no sé necesitó porque el ventilador por la noche no tuvimos ni que encenderlo.
Los baños son un poco antiguos.

Situat a uns 10 minuts caminant de la Plaza del Charco i en una zona molt més tranquil·la que els hotels més cèntrics. Piscina neta i cuidada. Bons horaris per esmorzar. Habitacions grans i còmodes. Tracte excel·lent per part de tot el personal.

Cons:

Les habitacions no disposen d'aire acondicionat, almenys la que em va tocar a mi. Emperò, poder dormir amb les finestres obertes deixava passar l'aire i tampoc era tan dramàtic.

6th visit... Will be back.
Pros:

Fabulous location. Close to everything yet very quiet. Beautiful and well kept pool and surrounding gardens. Staff very friendly and attentive.

Cons:

My personal opinion is.... not really a hotel for children. Would benefit from being adults only oasis.

Excelente estancia en el centro de Puerto de la Cruz.
Pros:

Todo el personal fue súper amable y muy flexible. Las instalaciones están cuidadas y la piscina es grande y muy agradable. El desayuno es muy completo y variado, y más tratándose de un hotel de 3 estrellas. La ubicación es perfecta.

Cons:

Creo que las habitaciones ya necesitan una renovación, sobretodo los baños.

Relaxing , peaceful , very nice people .
Pros:

Love this hotel is the third time I’m staying there .
Warmly recommend . Love the garden and the piscine . Close to the bus station and to the main beach . Loved the personnel, especially the little gentleman ( not tall ) from the reception , he is so sweet and attentive and professional… Hope I’ll comme back the 4 th time :)
