Deseando volver
Pros:

Es un hotel maravilloso en el que cada una de las personas que trabajan en él te hacen sentir como en casa. Virginia y Daniel de recepción son unos verdaderos profesionales que harán todo lo posible para que tu estancia sea de 10. Víctor del restaurante, siempre con una sonrisa, hace que tu día siempre sea especial; Carmen y Domingo, los mejores cocineros (deseando que llegara el desayuno) y Merche, del equipo de habitaciones, te alegra la tarde con su vitalidad y energía. Ellos son sólo una parte de la maravillosa familia que forma este hotel. Gracias a todos ellos por hacernos realmente felices estos días y ojalá podamos volver muy pronto a esa habitación que tanto nos gusta.

Consigliato per un soggiorno comodo a Puerto de la Cruz
Pros:

La posizione è perfetta, al centro e qualsiasi cosa è raggiungibile facilmente.

Cons:

Pulizia poteva essere leggermente migliore, ma considerando il rapporto qualità prezzo è comunque vantaggioso.

Excelente relación calidad-precio
Pros:

El trato del personal es exquisito, y las zonas comunes (destacando la flora), muy pero que muy bien cuidados.

Cons:

No es que no nos haya gustado, pero si comentar que la habitación necesitaba una mano de pintura, para dar una de sanción de más cuidado, y el desayuno para nuestro gusto fue de más a menos.
