The pool is amazing and the location is really good. The breakfast is super complete.
Wifi didn't work well, we complained every day and it was coming and going. The fan in the room was terrible, I even made a video to laugh about it. We asked to change but they changed only on the next day. The sheets had holes in it.

Apenas estuvimos 1 hora porque por un problema familiar muy grave nos tuvimos que marchar. Hablamos en recepción para solventar el problema, nos dijeron que no nos preocupáramos porque se iba a poder cancelar la reserva, sin embargo después rechazaron lo que nos propusieron en persona.
En ese tiempo nos dio tiempo a ver que la habitación estaba vieja y sucia, había una cucaracha en la almohada, pelos púbicos en la ducha y un ventilador viejo como remedio para el calor. La ventana de la terraza (una terraza que compartes con 4-5 habitaciones más) costaba la vida abrir, ya que no rodaba.

Al ducharte, el agua se salía del plato y dejaba el suelo de aquella manera.

Good location and nice staff and pool. The rooms were cleaned every day and very big, no AC, just a fan, but not needed due to nice temperature.
Big apartment but at the far left part of the hotel and we needed 5min from reception to reach it, from the lobby to the pool bar and then up the stairs, it’/s not connected to the main building. Also our balcony door was not sealed correctly and outdated so on the first night even if the door was shut we had a lot of mosquitos and couldn’t sleep. We then proceeded each night to shut the gaps with curtains so we don’t get bitten.
