Nuestra estancia en el Hotel RF San Borondón fue simplemente maravillosa. Es un hotel con un encanto único, un precioso estilo tradicional y un jardín con piscina que te invita a desconectar por completo.
Todo el equipo de recepción, camareros y limpieza destaca por su simpatía, cercanía y disposición para ayudar en todo momento.
El servicio de restauración nos sorprendió gratamente; los platos tienen un sabor fantástico, equilibrado y de calidad.
Se encuentra en una zona muy tranquila pero a un paso a pie de Playa Jardín y del encantador casco antiguo de Puerto de la Cruz.
Un hotel con alma familiar, limpio, acogedor y muy recomendable para descubrir el norte de la isla. ¡Sin duda volveremos!

Dos funcionários, da recepção e do bar e restaurante.

Cons:

Quanto há limpeza deixa muito a desejar os quartos eram muito mal limpos e a casas de banho muito sujas durante 3 dias o lavatório nem sequer foi limpo, não tem ar condicionado, e alimentação tinha o básico, muitas vezes em 10 dias vimos a ser servido comida que se via que já não era do dia.

Marcei neste hotel porque li nos comentários que tinha o básico para os preços praticados.

Más afinal eu já não contava com grande variedade mas foi muito pior do que estava há espera.

Vacaciones fenomenales a bajo coste.
