Good location from the event I was attending and Empoli station. Nice size rooms.
Instant attempts to resolve the temperature in my room

No kettle or provision for hot beverages in the room.

Super séjour!
Pros:

L'accès à l'hôtel très facile. Le personnel accueillant et bienveillant Le petit déjeuner était excellent.
Seul le bruit du réfrigérateur dans la chambre a dérangé notre sommeil.

Cons:

séjour très agréable, j'ai pu avancer mon heure d'arrivée, sans problème car nous nous avions des valises en arrivant de la gare de Florence

L’emplacement est top , la chambre propre et spacieuse .
Le matelas est divin !

Cons:

Gros bémol sur la borne de recharge voiture qui n’appartient pas à l’établissement .
Après avoir envoyé un message bien avant mon arrivée pour m’assurer que je pouvais me recharger en face , on m’a confirmé que oui .
Finalement , la borne n’était pas en fonctionnement .
Par ailleurs , la télévision n’a quasiment pas fonctionné pendant tout le séjour .
Enfin , et surtout , le personnel s’est montré désagréable du début à la fin , avec l’impression permanente de déranger .

A Wonderful Hotel
Pros:

We liked everything about the hotel, its staff, and the restaurant.
The room was perfect and kept very clean and tidy.
A big thank you to the cleaning lady.
The reception staff, bar and restaurant staff were welcoming, friendly, and very efficient. Thank you all (especially Camelia).
The hotel offered excellent, safe parking and is situated conveniently 10 mins walk from Empoli and 20 mins walk to the station, offering regular transport to Florence and Pisa.
The restaurant meals, including a huge variety of pizzas, were very good.
We'll be back for sure

The wifi connection to the furthest away rooms is very patchy but available closer to the router at the reception area
