The reception staff helpful. The bar didn’t open till 7pm - not great for a large hotel! Very disappointing.

Pros:

Ottima posizione a due passo dal centro, personale molto cortese e disponibile, camera pulita ed in ordine. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo, sicuramente sarà un piacere soggiornare ancora la prossima volta che sarò in zona.

Ein sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt, aber das nächstemal auf alle Fälle ohne Frühstück

Der Aufenthalt war sehr angenehm !
Der Empfang professionell . Das Zimmer und Badezimmer ausreichend groß. Genügend Kleiderbügel im Schrank vorhanden! Sehr gute Klimaanlage, die man, wenn man sie nicht die ganze Nacht laufenlassen möchte, am Sicherungskasten ausschalten kann.
Der Reinigungsservice war optimal: schnell und reinlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstückspersonal war für solch ein Hotel eigentlich untragbar!
Sehr unfreundlich und kaum hat man den Teller leergegessen, wird er geschnappt und weggebracht, ohne zu warten , ob man sich evtl. noch etwas vom Buffet holen möchte!
Aus diesem Grunde sind wir auch nicht am Abend in dieses Restaurant gegangen sondern wählten ein ganz in der Nähe (4 Minuten zu Fuß) hervorragendes japanisches Restaurant!
