Pros:

Struttura logisticamente perfetta. In posizione tranquilla,comodo parcheggio. Il Centro di Empoli raggiungibile con breve passeggiata. Ottimo punto di partenza per visitare Firenze e le colline.

Più di un aspetto da rivedere

unico hotel business nelle vicinanze di Empoli.

Ho soggiornato in questa struttura in due occasioni a distanza di poche settimane e, sulla base della mia esperienza personale, ho riscontrato criticità in entrambe.

Nella mia seconda esperienza, in particolare, nella camera assegnatami ho trovato i comodini e il tavolo impolverati. Il letto, composto da due materassi accostati, non è risultato particolarmente confortevole per il mio riposo a causa di una differenza di altezza e di una maggiore cedevolezza nella parte centrale. Avendo segnalato il problema e chiesto la possibilità di un cambio camera, mi è stato riferito che le altre camere presentavano caratteristiche analoghe. Faccio eccezione per la camera 101, nella quale avevo soggiornato in precedenza e nella quale non avevo riscontrato questo specifico aspetto. L'aria condizionata è centralizzata e, per disattivarla, è necessario rivolgersi alla reception.

Per quanto riguarda la colazione, essendo celiaco, mi è stato indicato di verificare autonomamente la disponibilità dei prodotti senza glutine, aprendo una credenza e cercando tra i prodotti disponibili. Inoltre, richiedendo delle uova strapazzate, mi sono stati comunicati supplementi di prezzo che, con mia sorpresa, differivano a seconda dell'addetto interpellato.

Durante la colazione, la macchina per caffè e cappuccini si è bloccata ripetutamente nei momenti di maggiore affluenza, causando attese e rendendo necessario l'intervento del personale più volte, che in alcuni casi ha preparato le bevande direttamente dal bancone del bar.

Quando ho fatto presente con cortesia queste osservazioni alla reception, la reazione ricevuta mi ha lasciato la sensazione di non essere stato preso seriamente.

Nel complesso, considerato il costo di €265 per due notti, il servizio ricevuto non ha soddisfatto le mie aspettative e non ritengo che il rapporto qualità-prezzo sia stato adeguato alla mia esperienza.

- pas de plateau de courtoisie
- ouverture de la fenêtre sur 5cms
-frigo ne fait pas de froid
- pour un oeuf/bacon supplement 8€ au petit déjeuner
-absence de miroir grossissant dans la sdb.
-baignoire étroite et glissante inconfortable.

Nous avons été content de notre séjour, a la réception ont nous a bien aidé pour aller à Sienne.
Petit déjeuner copieux, et nous avons été aussi au restaurant ça nous a plu.
La chambre très bien et spacieuse. Dans l'ensemble tout était parfait merci.
