Children under the age of 4 are not allowed in the spa.
Children from 4 to11 years can use the spa only at children´s time (saturday and sunday 10.00h to 11.00h).
The spa is open from 10:00 until 18:00 from Tuesday to Friday, from 10:00 to 20:00 Saturday, and on Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00, Monday is closed. Spa entry and treatments must be booked in advance.
Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival, the credit cardholder must be present upon arrival.
All reservations with a stay on December 31st, include the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.
La Palapa is now a Snack Bar that opens only in high season
The kids' club or mini club is open all year round from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. without a monitor, children can use it always under the supervision of their parents.
Children's entertainment is only available in summer from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from June 15 to September 10, children from 4 to 12 years old can enjoy it, always under the supervision of their parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
A deposit may be required at the property.

Всё было супер!Еда была разнообразной, вкусной и большой выбор на все три приёма завтрак,обед, ужин.Номер чистый,кровати удобные и комфортные.На пляж есть бесплатный трансфер который предоставляет отель туда и обратно.Мы приехали раньше времени заселения и нас сразу заселили и дали номер даже лучше,чем мы думали.Отдых прошёл супер всё очень понравилось.
Единственный минус это то,что нужно даже простую воду покупать на обед или ужин даже при полном пансионе.
El hotel está muy limpio, cuidado y son bastante cómodas las camas y las hamacas de la piscina. Teníamos pensión completa y la comida estaba muy rica en los tres turnos, no hay excesiva variedad, pero todo es de calidad; incluido el dulce o la bollería que en muchas ocasiones son los grandes olvidados. Las bebidas se pagan aparte, pero son económicas y no son de polvos, cosa que valoro muy positivamente (una buena Coca-Cola de cristal en un buffet de hotel es misión imposible). Quiero felicitar a los cocineros y al servicio del buffet porque han hecho que nuestra estancia sea aún mejor. El spa tb es bastante completo. Y tiene un buen parking a un precio muy asequible.
Sabía que estaba algo retirado de la playa, pero me pareció más distancia de la esperada. Y lo que valoro muy negativamente es la animación, fui prácticamente inexistente durante toda la semana a pesar de haber un horario semanal con 3 actividades diarias; únicamente vino un hombre a cantar el sábado por la noche. El día antes de marcharnos, lunes de la semana siguiente, aparecieron dos chicos para realizar una actividad de baile en la piscina que eran una maravilla, súper alegres y con ganas de hacer disfrutar a las personas; deducimos que tooooda la semana anterior habrían estado de vacaciones y por ello no hubo ningún tipo de animación. Hago esta puntualización porque el problema no eran los animadores, sino que no existían durante toda la semana anterior.

Comida era muito boa
Regime de meia pensão não inclui sequer água nas refeições principais. Nem permitem que os hóspedes levem agua “obrigando-os” a comprar uma garrafa por 2,75€. Podiam pelo menos oferecer água da torneira para quem não quisesse comprar.

La situación del hotel es muy buena. Andando llegas a muchos puntos de interés: supermercados, restaurantes. La playa es cierto que queda como a 10 minutos caminando.
Lo que mas me gusto fue el restaurante, tipo buffet, moderado pero todo de muy buena calidad y como el hotel no es muy grande no había que hacer típicas colas como en otros hoteles.
También el personal del comedor muy amables y agradables
La animación fue básica, los primeros días coincidimos con un chico Josep, que fue encantador y lo pasamos genial incluso los adultos jugando al waterpolo. Al cuatro día cambio el chico de la animación Michel, y no se implicaba nada, iba cansado ya a trabajar, estaba desganado y no hacia nada, pero ni en los juegos de piscina ni por la noche, que solo ponía música cuando el otro chico se dedicaba a poner juegos básicos pero los niños.
Otro aspecto fue que hubo un ascensor estropeado toda la semana y había que subir y bajar por las escaleras, o esperar mucho tiempo.
El personal, la limpieza y el buffet
De los tres ascensores uno no iba y otro iba cuando quería y muy lento. Por suerte estuvimos en la primera planta. De la habitación el armario estaba para arreglar.

The swimming pool was smaller than in the pictures and didn't seem the cleanest and it was pretty crowded
The floor around the swimming pool was super slippery, luckily we didn't fall
The "mini disco" is more games for the kids than music...
Our sink in the bathroom was blocked since we arrived for 2 days...

La cama que era un sofá y muy caro para ir al spa además con horario muy ajustado si vas con niños y a parte di entro casi a las 4 no es justo que me tenga que ir antes de las 12 muy mal me quitáis horas y es caro
