Children under the age of 4 are not allowed in the spa.
Children from 4 to11 years can use the spa only at children´s time (saturday and sunday 10.00h to 11.00h).
The spa is open from 10:00 until 18:00 from Tuesday to Friday, from 10:00 to 20:00 Saturday, and on Sundays from 10:00 to 14:00, Monday is closed. Spa entry and treatments must be booked in advance.
Please note that guests must present the credit card used to make the reservation on arrival, the credit cardholder must be present upon arrival.
All reservations with a stay on December 31st, include the New Year's Eve Gala Dinner.
La Palapa is now a Snack Bar that opens only in high season
The kids' club or mini club is open all year round from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. without a monitor, children can use it always under the supervision of their parents.
Children's entertainment is only available in summer from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. from June 15 to September 10, children from 4 to 12 years old can enjoy it, always under the supervision of their parents.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.

Lovely stay the first 5 days - lovely and quiet
stayed from the 16th too the 23rd of may
the the last two days were horrendous
Then kids ruined the peace,
Wee,ing in pools, dive bombing and lilos in the pool despite there being signs saying not too - running around pools despite signs saying not too and screaming and shouting despite signs saying not too -
Spoke too the receptionist on yesterday about it and i just got told
‘Kids are allowed here’ and ‘its up too the parents too tell them off’
What would of been helpful was her saying
‘il go speak too the parents and ask them too ask the kids too keep the noise down and stop messing in the pools’
Its not great treatment too a paying guest!
Also asked about seeing the spa too see iff we wanted to go in, and got told point blank No and too look on internet
She was extremely rude!
Also the FREE internet
Never worked the whole time
Id recommend some staff training and a lifegaurd round the pool,
We chose this week because kids should of still been in school and it should of been quiet!

Lovely relaxed atmosphere, pool area beautiful, everything you need especially breakfast , the choice is wonderful, something for everyone

Was so so close to a clean sweep of 5☆s, just felt there should have been tea & coffee in the room or at least bottled water & maybe some clothes hooks in the bathroom. Don't let this put you off as we're talking about perfection. Would 100 % recommend to family & friends.

What a shame third stay and definitely wouldn’t return, on check in not even a hello 🤷🏻♀️ key card didn’t work at least 12 times and when on 3 floor not ideal, card was kept in my pocket away from phone, etc. Booked an early breakfast on last morning which was cereal and nothing else, mean! Reception was in darkness at 6am 🤷🏻♀️ staff didn’t feel the need to put lights on. Definitely not a 4 star hotel anymore, hotel was dirty, tatty and unloved, staff were miserable and lazy, no management were seen during our stay

La limpieza podría ser mejor, encontramos una mancha en la cubierta de la cama bastante grande.
Dicen tener servicio de parking pero una vez allí no puedes hacer uso de el porque estaba completo. Le preguntamos si podríamos reservar alguna plaza para otra ocasión y nos dicen que no aceptan reservas.

Elendig aircondition, så trykket og varmt på rommet, vanskelig å få sove. Bedre aircondition ved forrige besøk på gamle delen.
Frokosten var variert, men varm maten noe dårlig kvalitet.

- Is goed gelegen met een leuke koffiebar op 10 min wandelen.
- Kamer was proper en badkamer relatief recent vernieuwd.

- Ontbijt buffet niet de moeite, amper warm en kwaliteit niet bepaald super
- airco op de kamer werkte niet
- zeer dunne deuren dus lawaai van de gang is steeds te horen
- vriendelijkheid van medewerkers is nog een werkpunt. momenteel gewoon behulpzaam maar vriendelijkheid ontbreekt
- aan het zwembad geen/slechte wifi
