Really enjoyed our stay at hotel Senacki as it was good value for money and central to everything we needed.
Pros:

Comfortable soundproof room. Wonderful breakfast. So central to everything in the old town. Staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome and were most helpful.

Cons:

Could do with more plugs to charge our phones etc. Only two in our room and they were low down behind tables.

Pros:

Clean, comfortable bed with nice view. Walking 8 minutes to downtown. There is supermarket and bike rental shop next to hotel

Cons:

I requested adhesive bandages and gauze from the reception, but I was asked to come down to the reception personally to collect them. I expected them to be delivered to my room, as I am a hotel guest.

Pros:

El hotel es muy céntrico. Está al lado del castillo de Wawel y a 5 minutos de la plaza central. Lo único si coges un taxi o un Uber, no puede llegar al hotel tienes que hacer como 50 m andando con el equipaje. Para nosotros fue cómodo por llevar solo un troley y mochila

Cons:

Nos tocó el 4 piso y el ascensor solo llega hasta el tercer piso. Luego tienes que subir escaleras. En su favor diré que te ofrecen ayuda para a subir el equipaje

Pros:

Hotel super centrale, ottimo per visitare Cracovia.
Staff gentilissimo, sempre disponibili per ogni domanda.
Le finestre davano sul cortile, quindi niente rumori notturni, a parte alcuni ospiti che tornando all'1 parlavano ad alta voce nel corridoio.
Colazione buona, sala colazioni molto particolare, caratteristica.

Cons:

L'insonorizzazione della porta - sentivamo tutti i rumori provenienti dal corridoio - dagli altri ospiti che tornavano di notte nelle loro camere, alla cameriera ai piani la mattina. Per il resto - tutto ottimo.

10/10 - perfection
Pros:

The staff were so lovely and understanding. The room was very clean. The location was PERFECT. We had a balcony and it was just so beautiful. The breakfast was delicious. I couldn’t fault the hotel at all. I would definitely return here.

Location and facilities are very good. Very clean

Cons:

Some staff need retraining on service . Plates etc left on the tables for nearly an hour. A couple we very miserable and unhelpful. The rest made it better though

Perfect location
Pros:

Amazing location! Right in the heart of old town, walk out the front door into the action! Lovely staff at reception!

Cons:

We seemed to be in a bit of an iffy WiFi spot, in one corner the WiFi would always drop out and in the other it was amazing
