Pros:

Un hotel bun, camere curate, paturi confortabile, mic dejun bogat si variat, raport calitate/preț excelent. Statia de tramvai este practic peste drum, faci 15 minute până în centru. Personalul a fost drăguț.

Príjemný personál, dobrá posteľ, výborné raňajky, slušná reštaurácia s príjemnou obsluhou, dostupnosť MHD - k električke pešo 2 minúty.

Parking w cenie 20 zl jest dobrą opcją, śniadanie ok, kawka ok

Cons:

Śmierdzi i generalnie hotel wymaga remontu. W pokoju informacja ze polecają pić kranówkę lub skorzystać z filtrowanej przy recepcji ale dzbanka zeby nabrać wodę brak. Drzwi do mojego pokoju nie zamykaly sie automatycznie po opuszczeniu pokoju wiec zeby wejsc karta nie byla potrzebna.

Egy hely, ahol a profit az első, nem a vendég! Messze kerülje el minden magyar.

Minden szempontból csalódás.

Cons:

A szálláson hétvégén esküvő vagy valami más rendezvény volt szombaton. Elviselhetetlen volt éjszaka a szomszéd szobában lévő vendégek viselkedése akik nyitott ajtó mellett ordibáltak.
A recepción pénteken jeleztük először, hogy a vasárnapi reggelit csomagolva kérjük fél 7-re, majd szombaton ismét jeleztük.
A reggeli 3/4 7h-re sem volt meg, szóltak hogy üljünk le és reggelizzünk, mert az étterem már nyitva. Amire nem volt lehetőségünk mert a múzeumba időpontunk volt (ezért is kértük a csomagolást) 6:53-ig vártunk a reggelire, addig sem érkezett így el kellett indulunk. Éhesek maradtuk délig....
Bookingon jeleztem, hogy kérjük vissza a reggeli árát. Válaszra sem méltattak idáig.
Messze elkerülendő a szálloda...... trehányak, félvállról vesznek mindent. Nem a vendég az első sajnos.

Nie otrzymaliśmy informacji od hotelu, że restauracja hotelowa w dniu naszego przyjazdu nie będzie dostępna dla gości hotelowych. Odbywały się 2 imprezy - po południu Komunia i wieczorem wesele. Brak możliwości zjedzenia obiadu i wieczornego skorzystania z restauracji. A wystarczyło napisać wiadomość informacyjną...
