Pros:

Staff are nice and helpful

Cons:

It is little outdated. Refurbishing necessary to make it better. Bed are not comfortable.
Breakfast is literally so bad for Vegetarians and Vegans. Even after requesting, staff refused to bring some warm Vegetarian food. They don't even have potatoes. Worst breakfast. Coffee is also horrible.

La ubicación

Cons:

No se podía descansar , el personal se ponía a fumar debajo de la ventana pegando voces a altas horas de la madrugada . Celebran comuniones así que no puedes descansar del ruido ni utilizar cafetería del hotel . Almohadas muy incómodas . Aunque hay ascensor hay habitaciones es una esquina que tienes que subir o bajar peldaños , atención personas con movilidad reducida

Great stay at Hotel Galicya
Pros:

I really appreciated how quickly the hotel responded to my message about check-in. The reception staff were friendly, the breakfast was very good, and the room was just right for what we needed for one night. I would definitely come back again :)

Pros:

Czystość, miły personel, dobre śniadania

Cons:

Od godziny 8:30 już nie dokładano brakującego jedzenia jak np. jajecznica, mimo wyraźnych zapytań ze strony gości hotelowych.

Cons:

Po półrocznej rezerwacji przez booking czekał na mnie pokój na najwyższym piętrze bez windy. Tylko dzięki uprzejmości Pani z recepcji udało się otrzymać pokój na parterze. Nie polecam więc rezerwacji w tym systemie
Ponadto w pokoju zastałem niesprawny prysznic i znowu była potrzebna interwencja w recepcji

Нет в номере холодильника,еда на завтрак однообразная и повар готовит не вкусно из хороших продуктов.

Great service for good price
Pros:

Most important - comfortable matresses, pillows, white bedding. The room was big and clean. I had an issue with hair dryer - it was fixed asap. Breakfast is super good and every morning they change something a litle bit. Great staff and good service for 3 star hotel. We allways find space for parking. Location is good if you arrive with car. Also it is easy to go to the center with tram.

Cons:

The hotel is not brand-new, bet it was more than enenough for overnight.
