We will stay there again
Pros:

. The breakfast was awesome. The staff was great. The view of Bow Lake, the birds and the blooming rhododendrons really made the stay comforting and enjoyable.

There was a musty odor in the room, as if the carpet had been wet and was mildewed.

Great Night Sleep?
Pros:

The staff was excellent, the pool was great and the buffet was delicious.

Cons:

The pull out sofa I slept on so the kids didn't was one of the worst nights of sleep of my life. My family however used the twin beds and loved them. For a hotel you'd think it would be super comfortable or offer basic Inflatable beds I'd zomedht.

Comfortable room with great customer service, and a great location.
Pros:

Comfortable room with good restaurants close by, and the hotel had good food options in the lobby restaurant as well. Everything was clean and comfortable. The free airport shuttle was very useful, and they let me store my bags at no charge and took me to the airport after the checkout time.

Pros:

They didn offer mw breakfast at frontales so I didn't know

Cons:

The swimming pool wasn't on servuce and thats the reason why i choose dobletree

Room was big.

Cons:

Staff was rude upon checking in. Room looked nice. Until further inspection. Bathroom shower head not attached to wall, fan loud. Also looked like it had a water leak or other issue. Bottom of walls looked like water damage. Wallpaper peeling off walls. Worst room I have stayed in at this hotel. I will not be going back. Will take my business to the inter urban hotel instead. Cheaper rooms and newer.
