Unpleasant 3rd party booking
Pros:

The hotel was quiet.

Cons:

The property manager was a total jerk. I booked online with booking and funds were debited from my account. Upon my arrival I was refused a room and he said I had to call booking. I did, and booking was even confused. They even tried to call the property to resolve the issue and the phone literally never rang. This guy was just money hungry and wanted us to pay cash instead of accepting the 3rd party booking. Totally unacceptable.
