Found out later I could’ve stated a way better hotel for half. The price probably will never use Booking.com again

If you too feel like being treated like shit in a shit hotel, then this is the place for you
Pros:

There’s not a single thing I liked about this property.

Cons:

The morning front desk worker whom is a woman has to have the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. She’s condescending and talks down to you. It would be in her best interest as she doesn’t know the customers staying there, for her to stay in her lane and learn how to respect people.

Fiquei extremamente decepcionada, pois esqueci um brinco de ouro na pia do banheiro e entrei em contato através de mensagem 8duas horas após o check-out e não recebi nenhuma resposta do hotel. No dia seguinte enviei outra mensagem dizendo que iria lá buscar o brinco se estivesse de posse deles pois ainda estava em nova york e não me responderam.
