Great spot to stay in NSB
Pros:

Nice place, staff and great location.

Cons:

Only negative for me was the noisy air conditioner that shuts on and off all night! No one else was bothered but I am light sleeper.

I don’t write these but they were outstanding our 30 anniversary and they really made us feel special from front desk, manger, grounds . Love it Close to everything right on beach 5+

Loved this place. We will be back again soon
Pros:

Location. Booked a room at 2:30 am in the morning and when we got there there was an issue with that room. They in return gave us 2 rooms for the price of one. They didn’t have to do this but they made it right. Beds were so comfortable and rooms were nice. We will be back soon that’s for sure

Issues but worth it

We go for location, proximity to beach is great!!

Cons:

Problem w room, filthy AC coils, AC ran loudly ALL NIGHT, bad night. They moved us to an upgraded room, much nicer. But kitchen counters dirty, coffee pot very dirty, and measuring cup had dried food in it... been staying here over a decade, Great location but cleaning and maintenance steadily going downhill.

Pros:

I love that it had a pool AND was ON the beach! There was one HEATED pool and a bigger NON-heated one. Both pools had a lot of chairs and pavillions to lounge around in.

Cons:

I did not like that there was not a Tiki Bar by the pool, as MOST hotels have. There was NO food to be bought, except for a gift shop pre-packaged food in the lobby. There also wasn't ANY USB outlets in the rooms to charge phones. You would expect since it was obviously a newer hotel (or recently refurbished one) they would include those in their thoughts. The beds were also pretty uncomfortable... So much so that we left a night early from our reservation to sleep in our own beds.

Location to beach and restaurants

Cons:

Looked like they have been doing upgrades but still a bit outdated. Our room was comfortable and had small kitchenette which was helpful.
