Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

I reserved a room with a balcony but was not given one. This is a time share property and the owners get first pick. Our view was the black bars of the fence around the pool.

Cute hotel near the water
Pros:

The hotel's location is great! Not every room has an ocean-facing view, but if I kept the screen door open, I could see it from the bed at an angle. Parking is included, but make sure you keep the pass they give you on your dashboard. The room itself was adequately sized for two.

Cons:

Even a great hotel can't control the weather, nor can they control the paving of the waterfront parking lot across the street. Fortunately, I like the smell of hot asphalt. The good news is that, by the time you read this, it'll be long since done.

Delightfully quiet location!
Pros:

Beautiful location! The sunrise was absolutely exceptional and one of the highlights of our stay. The location was very convenient for our travel plans, and having the beach right across the street was exactly what I needed for a quick getaway.

The room was very clean and comfortable, and the small table was perfect for playing card games before heading out to dinner in town. I also appreciated the thoughtful touches—like the ice cube trays, which were a nice bonus!

Overall, a relaxing and enjoyable stay. I would definitely come back.

Cons:

The view from our balcony was somewhat obstructed; however, I noticed there are other rooms on the property that offer a clearer view. I would definitely request one of those on a future visit!

The area was great and the beaches but I would not stay here again.
Pros:

The location is ok with easy access to downtown, restaurants, etc. However, the 'ocean view' from our unit was really not existent. It faced the ocean but you could barely see it. So this was disappointing since it was billed as an ocean view. A glimpse of water with a building blocking the view is not what I consider ocean view.

Cons:

The guy who greeted us was quite rude. We arrived at around 3:30 and were told we couldn't get in until 4:00 which is the promised check in time. Thats fine, I already knew this but he was very rude and dismissive. I asked if we could do the paperwork while we waited and at first he said no we could not have the key until check in. I didn't want the key just figured we could use the time to get signed in. As I started to leave, because he clearly said we couldn't do that he seemed to get annoyed. This was not the first impression I think you want to project. The rest of the staff was very nice though. The noise was unbearable from the people upstairs. Kids jumping on the floor at 7 in the morning and until 10 at night or later. I was told quiet hours are 10pm to 7 am. I complained and the women at the desk was very kind but if with these hours I didn't feel the people would listen anyway. NEVER stay downstairs at this place.

This hotel is a gem in the heart of Cape Cod. Very close to the beach, nice facilities and most importantly, very clean.

Loved that the kitchenette came fully stocked, the DVD player/ the cabinet of movies-books-board games, and the pool area! Staff were so kind and helpful, no notes!!! Everything was fantastic about our stay and we will be returning!!!!
