A pretty property a mile away from a cute downtown.
Pros:

I liked the hot tub and chairs outside of our room. Pool was very clean and the beach was nice to walk on

Cons:

I didn’t like that the room was cramped when you pulled the sofa bed out. They had a huge coffee table that was too big for the room.

Great location and pool - good experience! Kitchenette was so convenient!!

The location is fantastic - directly across from the beach and a 15 min walk to Main St. (all the shops / restaurants).

Cons:

Our room was beneath a room that obviously had no rug - thanks goodness the people staying there weren’t loud!

Very odd there’s no garbage can in the pool area.

Random / generic ‘shower gel’ in the shower instead of actual shampoo / conditioner. I understand those prepackaged things are wasteful but wouldn’t kill thrm to have some on hand when people ask. I’m not going to use God-knows-what is in that dispenser when I forget my shampoo!

The resort was close to the beach and had a beautiful view of the beach!
Pros:

The property is lovely. We stayed during the peak summer season with hydrangeas blooming and bunnies hopping around everywhere. It was picturesque! We were lucky enough to have a beach view from our balcony.

Cons:

The property was a bit dated and there was a broken door knob on a closet door—overall it was delightful.

What an amazing hotel. Beautiful view, very nice people, amazing pool and beach right across the street. A little too far to walk to downtown but short drive. We loved our stay.

Fabulous location on Surf Drive in Falmouth, perfectly located to explore the Cape. Spotlessly clean and comfortable.
Pros:

Fabulous location, clean, comfortable and equipped with everything you need. Friendly welcome, good facilities, quiet location.

Cons:

We had a downstairs apartment and the footsteps of the guests in the apartment above could be quite loud. Perhaps carpet or rugs would help to dampen the noise.

Pros:

The room was clean.

Cons:

I reserved a room with a balcony but was not given one. This is a time share property and the owners get first pick. Our view was the black bars of the fence around the pool.

Cute hotel near the water
Pros:

The hotel's location is great! Not every room has an ocean-facing view, but if I kept the screen door open, I could see it from the bed at an angle. Parking is included, but make sure you keep the pass they give you on your dashboard. The room itself was adequately sized for two.

Cons:

Even a great hotel can't control the weather, nor can they control the paving of the waterfront parking lot across the street. Fortunately, I like the smell of hot asphalt. The good news is that, by the time you read this, it'll be long since done.
