I wouldn’t come back - doesn’t justify the money paid for the stay
Pros:

We came in a group with two rooms and three children. The hotel has good territory and comfortable rooms overall. Breakfast included in the price was excellent.

Cons:

The main reason is the fact that during the 5 day stay they had renovation starting drilling at 6am right above our heads and when we asked to start later they told us they cannot do anything.

We found a HUGE cockroaches in the room and realised that ventilation doesn’t have any nets and bathrooms had large air duct without any protection from rats or infects. When we called attention the ladies who came to clean had no idea what to do with them. They simply offered us another room and we had to move there without any help.

The hotel offers full, half board and breakfast only. We chose breakfast only and for dinner had only one option - restaurant with buffet, paying 160 reais for children and adults - no differentiation. No option to have à la carte. The second restaurant that they had in theory was closed.
There was no programme for kids during the stay. So our 9,10 and 11 yo where quite bored.

Descansar en familia olvidandose de todo!
Pros:

Los niños la pasan muy bien, es la segunda vez que vamos. Usamos las piletas. El desayuno es variado y abundante con muchas opciones, la cena también! Hay noches temáticas con cocina étnica que nos encanto!

Cons:

La verdad que lo único que me parece un poco extraño es que algunas personas del personal no entienden una palabra de español. Me resulta raro porque Foz es una ciudad limítrofe con argentina... No es culpa del hotel, pero me parece raro no mas.

La atención del personal durante mi estancia fue excepcionalmente amable y atenta. Siempre estuvieron dispuestos a ayudar con una sonrisa genuina. La limpieza de las instalaciones me impresionó gratamente, reflejando un cuidado constante. Me sentí muy a gusto y valorado como huésped.

Cons:

La limitada selección de platos disponibles en el almuerzo y la cena. Hubiera sido deseable encontrar una mayor diversidad para satisfacer diferentes gustos. A pesar de ello, agradezco la atención prestada. La presentación general de los alimentos fue adecuada.

As instalações do hotel são fantásticas, super completas e bem cuidadas. Todos os funcionários são extremamente simpáticos e prestativos, mas o grande destaque foi o Restaurante Tarobá. Viajar pelo Brasil com restrições alimentares costuma ser muito complicado, mas no Tarobá eles atenderam nossos pedidos especiais com total segurança, empatia e excelência. Um agradecimento muito especial ao Gilberto, à Elizabeth e ao Aylton pelo carinho e profissionalismo impecáveis!

Gostamos de absolutamente tudo! A estadia foi perfeita e honestamente não consigo pensar em um ponto negativo, e não temos nenhuma reclamação.
