Pros:

the staff were helpful and kind, I got a coupon for free coffee and it was delicious 😋 the view from the window was nice. the localisation was perfect for me.

Cons:

the whole building only had one elevator and with this many people it was basically unusable most of the time. if my room wasn't on the last floor it wouldn't be such a nuance

Cerca a la ciudad, como a 10 minutos en bus de Alexanderplatz. El personal super amable, me dejaron guardar mi maletas antes y despues de mi reserva sin costo.

NON VENITE QUI.

La posizione.

Cons:

Mi hanno rubato gli occhiali da sole graduati. Unico paio che avevo per VEDERE. Se ne sono completamente fregati in reception,mi hanno trattata malissimo dicendomi : " magari hai lasciato la porta aperta". Io ho ovviamente denunciato e chiamato ben 2 volte la polizia che è anche venuta sul posto. La polizia stessa è a conoscenza di ciò che accade nella struttura.
In reception hanno continuato a trattarmi male nonostante su google TUTTI hanno scritto che gli è stato rubato qualcosa dalle stanze.
Pessimi. Pulizia delle stanze inesistente. Ambiente giovanile ma senza neanche una regola. Doveva esserci silenzio alle 22. Non ho mai dormito per il caos che veniva fatto.

Vorrei tanto che mi rispedissero gli occhiali che hanno rubato ma se ne lavano completamente le mani.

It was a nightmare and I would not recommend anyone this facility.

Cons:

Nearly everything: the room was very small for four people, and there was no way the air could circulate. There was no air conditioning, and the room got completely hot. Part of the premises near to the bed were full of dust, and once hanging my clothes these were completely stained. The room was next to the Köpernickestrasse, and was subject to a lot of noise, both from the street due to cars, and the noise of the screams of other hotel guests. The management could have avoided to have people screaming at late hours during the night.
