Pros:

Property is in a good location and they accommodate dogs.

Cons:

Property is older and has a historical vibe but the rustic feel borders on shabby. Looks like the place needs paint and maintenance and updates. Bathroom is very old fashioned. TV are old and out of date. Desk clerk could not tell me how much my room was or give me a copy of the bill. She said they email it later.??

Decent for One Night
Pros:

We liked the big room with a nice seating area. The bar sign said open until 11:00pm. It was nice but they had last call right before we walked in at 10:30pm and so they closed 30 minutes early.
We think it would be a great property if it was keep up and renovatined.

Cons:

Musty hallways, carpet stains in the hallways and room. A big chunk of porcelain missing from the tub, old deteriorating faucets, lamp shades in the room were old and loose. Florescent light cover in living area was broken. Room only had one nightstand.

Pros:

Very comfortable beds. Ambiance was fantastic with rustic furnature, patio & the view.

Cons:

Bathroom was a bit dirty. Holes in the bathroom wall & broken tile. Bathroom needed a little renovating. Very steep steps, needed an elevator. We had to cary the luggage across gravel to the stairs because there was no sidewalks.

The was the best place to stay on our 4-month trip across the US!
Pros:

Our room was amazing - the art, the classic New Mexican design, the size of the room and the comfort was beyond expectations. The bed was super quality, and opened to a park-like atmosphere. The hotel is historic!

Greatnrss
Pros:

had an outstanding stay at the Sagebrush Inn in Taos! The rooms were clean, comfortable, and full of beautiful Southwestern aesthetic that really captured the spirit of New Mexico. The entire property has a warm, authentic atmosphere that made my visit feel special from the moment I arrived.
The Sagebrush Grill was fantastic, serving delicious food in a welcoming setting. One of the highlights of my stay was meeting Daniel at the front desk. He was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely funny, making check-in both easy and entertaining. His great sense of humor and excellent customer service set the tone for a wonderful stay. I can't wait to come back!

Standout Visit!!!
Pros:

I recently stayed at the Sagebrush Inn in Taos and had a wonderful experience from start to finish. The property has a welcoming Southwestern charm, comfortable accommodations, and a relaxing atmosphere that made it easy to unwind. One of the highlights of my stay was dining at the Sagebrush Grill. The food was excellent, with great flavors, generous portions, and friendly service. It was the perfect place to enjoy a meal after a day of exploring everything Taos has to offer.
Another standout part of my visit was my late-night check-in experience with Daniel at the front desk. After a long day of traveling, I was tired and ready to get settled in, and Daniel made the process quick, easy, and stress-free. He was professional, friendly, and genuinely welcoming, which made a great first impression. His positive attitude and excellent customer service turned a late arrival into a pleasant experience. Between the great hospitality and the fantastic food, I would gladly stay at the Sagebrush Inn again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Taos.

FILTHY AND WORN DOWN
Pros:

I am usually not one to post but I have to for this place. Do not trust the pictures. It’s worn down and very very dirty. We came here for one night with our two kids and the first room we got in had a huge whole in the wall where giant black ants were crawling all over the floor. We switched rooms a few doors down and requested a room on the second floor but the women at the front desk said no because “we books through a third party”. who doesn’t?! No hot water, no bottled water, no WiFi. Asked for more pillows to keep out kids from falling out of the bed and were given pillows without cases! The women said she couldn’t find any meanwhile the parking lot was completely empty. The carpet was FILTHY. We asked for a price adjustment at check out based on our experience and were told no again because of booking through a 3rd party. The only positive was that it was quiet at night because no one was there… lol. Save yourself and do not stay here!

Pros:

I love Taos. This location is perfect for all the things I enjoy doing. Also the privacy of the rooms and the quiet ambiance in the evenings is a bonus for me.

Cons:

It was on the 2nd floor and I have bad knees.
