Séjour agréable ☺️ le principal y était : accessibilité aux transports, confort et calme.
Pros:

Nous avons aimé la proximité des transports en commun, le calme, le confort de la literie, le petit-déjeuner (manque de compote)

Pros:

The hotel is located in a quiet part of the city, close to both the metro and bus lines, allowing you to reach the city center and other central areas very quickly.
The rooms are tidy, clean, and the beds are comfortable.
The breakfast is varied and delicious, and the coffee is excellent.

Pros:

Staff was amazing, room exceeded all expectations of our reservation type. It's rare everything is better than the description or photos. We checked in late at night due to a cancelled flight and were met with a warm welcome in our room--a note, T.V. and lights on, complimentary snacks. They also accommodated our dog with no issue when I mistakenly omitted her in the reservation. Breakfast is always great at C-hotel locations and they make time for special touches all over the hotel. I hope the hotel treats their staff as well as the staff treats the clients :)

Cons:

Later check-out was not communicated to the cleaning staff properly so our maid walked in randomly despite front desk having verified our late check out was ok twice. Otherwise, I would say the main area carpets need to be deep cleaned. For such a nice and clean property otherwise, with great staff, service and amenities (I will surely be back and recommend to everyone) the hallway carpets look run-down and ratty.

I liked that your hotel was a 30 minute walk to the Vatican City, which is why I came to Rome.

Peaceful club hotel
Pros:

The staff were very helpful, prompt to deal with any problems.
A lovely, personalised welcome note.

The shower overflowed wetting the whole floor. Which was fixed promptly.

Een echte aanrader om Rome te bezoeken.
Pros:

Kamers waren heel netjes. Goed ontbijt. Privé parkeerplaats en op een paar meter van bus en metro wat ideaal was om Rome te verkennen.

They didn’t honour the deal we made a couple of hours before on the phone because I was 10 minutes late.

Didn’t wanna let me charge my e-bike in the hotel.

Tye old lady and the old guy at the reception were really weird and so unfriendly and unhelpful. I felt they were more trying to sabotage me than to help me.

Charged me 10€\night to put my e-bike on their parking

My late check out was not respected by the cleaning lady who came to knock on my door even though I especially asked the reception to make sure nobody will come disturb me, it was not her fault she just had not been informed.

Manager came at the end tried to make up for it but it was too late, the horrible experience couldn’t be undone.

Pros:

Really kind and friendly staff, spotless room with comfy bed, Metro A stop round the corner, allowing you to reach major attractions and foro italico for ATP 1000 tennis tournament. There is a pizzeria/restaurant within walking distance which saved my dinner. I'll visit them again once I am in Rome
