Gentilezza e camera ok
Great Staff - best part of the hotel. Clean. Good breakfast. Very efficient, individual air-condition. Safe surroundings, free parking in the front of the hotel.
Codziennie sympatyczna Pani zmieniała ręczniki, ścieliła łóżko, dbała o porządek. Pyszne śniadania.
Pokój czysty, natomiast prysznic zostawia wiele do życzenia. Kabina prysznicowa nie domykała się, stojak w kabinie na mydło i szampon obrzydliwie brudny. Poza tym reszta łazienki (toaleta, bidet, umywalka) i pokój jak najbardziej czyściutko. Obsługa hotelowa na żadne pytanie nie znała odpowiedzi. Za każdym razem odpowiedź brzmiała „nie wiem”. Szczerze nie wiem skąd tyle pozytywnych opinii. Według mnie hotel jest średni - 6/10.
Ho avuto un’esperienza davvero molto positiva al c-hotels Club House Roma. La struttura è accogliente, curata e pulita, con ambienti piacevoli e un’atmosfera che permette di sentirsi subito a proprio agio.
Un ringraziamento particolare va a Marta della Reception, estremamente gentile, professionale e disponibile. Fin dal mio arrivo mi ha accolto con grande cortesia e attenzione, dimostrando una disponibilità che fa davvero la differenza durante un soggiorno.
Una menzione speciale anche per Mary, presente durante la colazione: solare, attenta, gentilissima e sempre pronta a soddisfare ogni richiesta. Il suo modo di accogliere gli ospiti rende la colazione ancora più piacevole e contribuisce a iniziare la giornata nel migliore dei modi.
La colazione è varia e ben organizzata, gli ambienti sono confortevoli e tutto il personale si è dimostrato professionale e disponibile.
Sono soprattutto le persone a rendere speciale un hotel e, in questo caso, Marta e Mary rappresentano perfettamente il livello di attenzione e ospitalità della struttura.
Soggiorno assolutamente consigliato. Tornerò sicuramente al c-hotels Club House Roma!

Ook het cadeautje bij afscheid, het aanbieden van extra water en het ontbijtbuffet met aandacht voor allergieën was erg goed
De openingstijden van de bar en de mogelijkheden om iets te eten in het hotel.
De airco in de kamer maakte de kamer niet echt koel maar het was ook 39 graden overdag.
