What a thrill to experience such an amazing suite! It’s at the top of the 9-story hotel and your view is spectacular — of the surrounding city and mountains. There are 2 balconies, one off the bedroom and one at the living room. And speaking of that bedroom, it is massive with a desk, easy chairs, big-screen TV and floor-to-ceiling windows to take in that wonderful view, sunrise and evenings. The bathroom is a true experience in luxury: twin sinks, a deep bath tub for 2 people, separate shower and plenty of room. There is also a half-bathroom (toilet and sink) at the front door. Another big-screen TV awaits you in the living room, along with that 2nd balcony, along with a dining table, couch and an enormous wet-bar. This is the perfect venue for a romantic splurge or that big game on TV when you invite the whole gang for a watch party. If you know Embassy, you know all about the Evening Reception and those oh-so-good made-to-order omelettes at breakfast, along with everything you else you could possibly want first thing in the morning. Complimentary coffee in the restaurant area sightly before the start of breakfast. And you may need the Fitness Room after all that indulgence, so it’s just off the lobby floor and has the usual machines along with free weights, including loads of towels. Ice machines on each floor, laundry room on the 9th. Special thanks to GM Casey, who made our overnight stay one for the memory books. We can’t wait to return for even longer next time!
quick situation response

Good location. Nice rooms.
Was allowed to check in early. Upon entering the room, it hadn’t been made up from the last guests. Spoke on reception and was told sorry it will be half an hour. An hour and a half later my room was made up.
Embassy Hotel are a great place to stay!! The breakfast here was pretty good, Little Rock Arkansas has the Best Breakfast!! They also have a free drinks and snacks in the evening whis was not too bad. Rooms were very clean, parking was great, staff professional, courteous and polite.
Nothing to add
We were there for a Cancer Retreat. The retreat was awesome. The conference rooms were good, as was the audio-visual support for the rooms. Thanks.
There was a balcony and the view from the 9th floor was awesome.
The staff was generally helpful, but I feel I was mislead and ignored by the hotel's front desk staff.
The initial problem I had was with the temperature of the room. When we entered the room at check in (@ 4 p.m.?), the thermostat was showing 78 degrees . We set it to 64 degrees unpacked a but and went to dinner followed by some conference seminars.
When we came back to the room @ 9 p.m., it was still 78 degrees. I contacted the front desk, and the person there said that because we weren't moving around in the room the AC was turned off by lack of occupation. He also said he'd send an engineer up to check on it. I waited for the engineer till 12:30 a.m. - no show, no info from the front desk. When I went to bed @ 12:30 a.m. the temp was still at 78 degrees.
At about 3 a.m. I checked the thermostat - I woke up with my t-shirt soaked with sweat - it showed 76 degrees.
When I woke up, the temperature was again at 78. I contacted the front desk throughout the day, and received no replies, comments, or any response at all besides an automated response saying the front desk wasn't occupied and another automated response asking how I was doing. Nothing about the temperature in the room.
My opinion? The building's HVAC system just couldn't handle the load. The ground floor was too cold, and the 9th floor was too hot. The building is good looking; 9 floors of rooms surrounding a HUGE atrium. The engineers didn't know what they were doing to keep the upper floors and lower floors at a constant temperature.
- But, to deal with that, they'd have had to admit it and move us to another room.
When something upsets me, it sends me into a place where I see more things to upset me. Here are the other things:
- Dinner the first night was late. Our group had set up for dinner in one of the conference rooms, and it was late.
- The bathtub was slick. There were remnants of anti-skid stick-on, but it was dangerously slick, and no anti-skid mats were in the room.
- The phone was marked with buttons for the front desk, wake up call, and several other specific buttons. The only button of these that functioned was the button for reservations - that button contacted the front desk.
- It was a pet friendly room - we'd asked about it during our reservation process. We did not bring our pet. The floor was wet in front of the TV - a pet's mistake? Whether it was or not, it was really gross to step into with bare feet.
- The hair conditioner bottle was empty. Glad we had our own with us.
- The toilet seat was loose, and there was no lid. Dangerous, gross, and an invitation to drop something in it that shouldn't be dropped in.
I/we won't be back.
Everything, Loved it!
Nothing
It it for me when a hotel charges the amount of money that they do and then they have science posted in a parking lot and they’re not responsible yet they charge you $15. They need to rethink that.
Location, cleanliness of lobby area and facilities
Our rooms were not cleaned two days in a row.
We had the balcony for the first time.. it was beautiful.. my grand daughter enjoyed it a lot. During our stay, the weather was warm so sitting outside was great and refreshing.
The room was pretty pricey though and I paid for handicap parking too.
I always stay at the Embassy as much as I can when I go to Albuquerque for my doctors appointments or to visit family or go shopping. I usually enjoy staying there. I’ve not ever had any problems. The place is a great place to stay when things go right
This time was not the best at all got into Albuquerque late checked in late and the room was hot very hot when we got into the room temperature in the room was 82°. I they said they were not able to accommodate switching us that I would have to get a hold of booking.com to get my refund. They did provide us with some fans for the room, but that did not help anything at all the sound of the fans were very annoying and loud couldn’t sleep. It took a while to cool off the room. It was just a very, very bad experience just this one time though I usually enjoy my stay at Embassy suites. The staff is very nice and it is always clean. I will say the beds were not comfortable as usual. This room was a little bit different than usual, but that room is hot as it was was not OK very very uncomfortable and unsatisfying. I was hoping that the staff would help out more with the processing of getting a refund on that stay but they said I had to go through booking.com and I’ve been having a hard time trying to get through to booking.com to get this taken care of.
Great breakfast. Beautiful location
It is conveniently located, the bed was comfy, the overall facility was neat and well-cared for, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the restaurant served an excellent evening meal.
My room was dirty when I checked in. There were visible crumbs and dirt on the floor next to the bed, a chipped drinking glass that cut my lip, a broken soap dispenser in the bathroom, and the breakfast was mediocre at best.
