It was alright.
Pros:

The beds.

Cons:

The food in the restaurant downstairs was not to expectations. There is no spa. And website still shows a spa. No jacuzzi. Disappointing .

Was looking forward to a relaxing stay in a king suite after a long day of traveling, but was disappointed and unimpress
Cons:

Carpet on the floor of the king suite was soaking wet due to an apparent leak coming from the bathroom. The service desk seemed to have already known about the leak when I called, yet still booked us in that room anyways. There was no fan in the bathroom, no trash can in the bathroom, and the wall mounted soap dispenser was hanging off of the wall

A great place to stay
Pros:

Really enjoyed this hotel. Having a sweet is so wonderful and free breakfast every day plus the manager reception is a great bonus. Kind of wish the swimming pool was outdoors but if you don’t like the really hot, it is inside so you might enjoy that.

Great on paper, falls short
Pros:

Staff was fantastic, notably Tim at the front desk and Maria with housekeeping

Cons:

Not enough towels, request took too long or didn’t get done. Not enough tables and chairs for the breakfast area.

Mostly positive, I’d stay again, but communication with the cleaning staff needs to be better.
Pros:

Location, breakfast, manager’s reception, front desk staff, and the restaurant staff.

Cons:

Our room wasn’t replenished everyday and we ran out of toilet paper, coffee cups and water glasses weren’t replaced, etc.
