Cons:

Nagyon rossz a szobák hangszigeteltsége. Mi egyszer szobacserét is kértünk, de sajnos 7 napból 5-öt nem aludtunk,mert valamelyik szomszéd mindig hangoskodott.

Trevligt hotell
Pros:

Trevligt hotell, Bra restauranger med god mat och dryck. Fint poolområde, rummen va bra även om det va lite slitet. Hjälpsam personal. Nära till stranden, där fanns några restauranger och små butiker men dom låg vid en trafikerad väg. Ca 10 minuter med taxi till Gamla stan.

Cons:

Stor men grund pool, fick varken hoppa eller dyka i och hade bara öppet 10-18 och dom höll strikt på tiderna.
Liten och trång hiss.

Pros:

La gentillesse et la serviabilité du personnel. L'hôtel est propre et les chambres sont impeccablement nettoyées tous les jours.
La qualité du petit déjeuner
La qualité de la literie.
L'hotel n'est pas trop loin du centre-ville mais il faut quand même prendre le bus à l'arrêt situé à 300 mètres.
Le rapport qualité/prix de la nourriture dans les restaurants de l'hôtel. C'est même parfois un peu moins cher qu'en ville. Les boissons quant à elles sont chères.

Cons:

La piscine qui ferme à 18h ! Tout le monde est gentillement foutu dehors et on ne peut même pas rester sur les transats situés autour de l'espace piscine. Je trouve qu'ils devraient attendre 19h-19h30 avant de fermer. Si on va faire une excursion la journée, on ne peut pas se délasser un petit peu dans l'eau, c'est trop tard.
Je trouve que les boissons sont un peu chères également. Il est conseillé d'aller faire les courses et de les ranger dans le petit frigo de la chambre parce que cela grimpe excessivement vite sur le séjour.
Ne vous attendez pas à avoir la moindre bouteille d'eau fournie par l'hôtel, vous ne l'aurez pas. Nous savons que ce n'est pas un All In, mais petite bouteille d'eau aurait été la bienvenue.
La salle de bain est un petit peu "vieillotte", il n'y a qu'une baignoire avec un rideau, mais nous le savions lors de réservation.
Cela dit, nous avons passé excellent séjour.

Staff need training in how to be hospitable.
Pros:

The lady at the front desk was terrific at check in, super friendly and welcoming. The staff at breakfast were very kind. The cleaners were always smiling and greeting us. Theo who helped us with our bags when we arrived was very kind and helpful. The gyro and souvlaki shack is good, food was delicious from there but it closes at 4pm or 5pm.

Cons:

The amount of rules that this hotel has for such a mediocre hotel is a bit crazy. They have a majorly complicated towel issue that they obsess about as if it is the most important thing in the hotel. You aren't allowed to take a coffee to go when you leave breakfast. A guy stands at the door making sure nothing leaves the breakfast hall. The breakfast hall gets so busy that people stand in a line outside waiting to be allowed to be seated. The breakfast in general was not good at all. The food and options were very weak. The guys working at the bar near the lobby are terribly rude. Like extremely rude. 5 consecutive days in a row, bad attitudes and very unwelcoming, very sarcastic with no clue in hospitality. Not sure why they are there. The pool opens from 10am to 6pm. So people sit around the pool with their kids waiting for 10am to arrive so they can just jump in the pool. The rooms are hot, the bathrooms are beyond small. The towel guy was super rude. It was really disappointing. You just felt unwelcome. The gyro shack guy is also rude but at least made a good sandwich.
