Goed hotel! Lekker eten en vriendelijk personeel.
Cons:

Douchegordijn, de afvoer in de badkamer overstroomde bij het leeglopen van het bad. Werd na aankaarten goed opgelost door het personeel.

Not great but staff doing the best they can in a tired hotel.
Pros:

Nice staff. Hotel is tired and needs a major refurbishment. I wouldn’t get in the pool. Bathrooms very tired.

Cons:

They said they upgraded us but put us in awful room as by the lift and couldn’t sleep due to the noise of it. They did move us to a quieter room upon request. They must get other complaints from that room.

Lovely spacious pools
Pros:

The hotel is located just off the main road, only a few minutes walk from the sea (about 10 EUR by taxi to the old town). This part of the island is windier than the beach near the Old Town, making it particularly well suited to those who enjoy water sports.
The reception staff were exceptionally professional, welcoming, and always happy to help.
The hotel features beautiful, spacious swimming pools that never felt overcrowded.
Breakfast offered an excellent variety of fresh and delicious options.

The pizza restaurant by the pool served outstanding food of exceptional quality. For lunch, the Souvlaki Kebab corner was a perfect choice, while the Crêperie & Ice Cream Kiosk was ideal for a sweet treat afterwards.

Even after check-out, the hotel provided convenient luggage storage with secure lockers, and guests could book a shower room (free of charge) before departing.

The spa facilities, including the hammam and massage services, were excellent. The massage in the spa was relaxing and professionall however the organizing needs to be improved.
Wifi was reliable throughout the resort, including around the pool area.

Cons:

The hotel was originally built in 70s. Rooms and lobby areas are fine but the staircase could do with a freshing up. Our double room with a balcony was spacious and included a sofa bed (double room with partial sea view).
The lobby and other common areas are not air-conditioned, which was not the coolest daytime.

One point to note is that the pool closes at 6:00 pm (in July), and guests are not permitted to swim or even sunbathe by the pool after that time.

The cocktails served at the Aquarius Swim-Up Bar were disappointing and lacked quality. No crushed ice available for Daiquiris.

Our dinner at the Mexican restaurant was rather bland and lacking in flavour.

נקי. ארוחת בוקר טובה. חוף קרוב. מטופח מאוד. שלווה ושקט.
Pros:

המלון קצת מרוחק מהעיר, אני אהבתי, זה טוב למי שרוצה שקט. ניתן להתנייד משם לכל מקום בנסיעה של 10 דקות.
הבריכה מהממת ומזמינה. יש מסעדות מסביב לבריכה ובערב יש לפעמים זמר.
רמת הניקיון מעולה.
ארוחת בוקר מגוונת וטובה.
הצוות אדיב ונחמד, רמת שרות גבוה.
יש סופר ממש בכניסה למלון.
רמת הניקיון מעולה.
החדרים קצת מיושנים לעומת הכניסה והלובי, החדר נקי ומתוחזק להפליא.
יש חוף במרחק הליכה של 7 דקות, המים באזור הזה של האי יותר רגועים מהחופים באזור העיר.

Pros:

ריזורט מהמם.. מיקום 5 דקות מהים והטיילת.. יש גם תחנת אוטובוס קרובה למי שרוצה לנסוע לעיר. שירות אדיב מאוד ונעים. הבריכה גדולה ויש הרבה מקום לשבת ולהנות עם אפשרות לאוכל ושתייה.
עשינו מסאג' והיה מצויין. דבר אחד שהיה פחות טוב זו המיטה. היתה רכה מידי ביקשנו עוד מזרון מעל ושמו אבל זה עדיין לא היה במיטבו.
בסך הכל שהות נעימה ורגועה. ממליצה מאוד.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. The pool was great and the swim up bar was excellent. The rooms were very spacious. The location to the old town was also really handy for local buses.

Pros:

Perfekt! Wunderschöne Poolanlage (salziges Wasser fanden wir sogar besser als normales, wobei ein Pool Süßwasser hat), Restaurants und Garten, übertrifft alle Hotels in der Umgebung. Tägliche Reinigung und Handtuchwechsel. Reichhaltiges Frühstück mit regionalen Akzenten. Sehr freundliches Personal. Möchten gerne wieder hin!!!

Cons:

Wer meint, die Zimmerausstattung sei etwas veraltet- jain. Wir fanden, es gab dem Hotel eher die persönliche Note, die in Erinnerung bleibt. Alles sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Matratzen und Bettwäsche wie neu. Insgesamt nichts zu meckern

A nice, relaxed hotel with a good location. The sun loungers are usually all taken.

The breakfast was okay—nothing special, just a pretty typical Southern European breakfast.

Cons:

Honestly, there wasn't really anything to complain about. The hotel's location was quite nice and the staff was extremely friendly. The only odd thing was that there were no trash cans in the pool and restaurant areas, so you always had to 'bother' the staff whenever you wanted to throw something away (like ice cream wrappers, for example).
