Absolute Relaxation in this Oceanside gem!
Pros:

Location can’t be beat, cleanliness and accommodation were outstanding!

Cons:

Ceilings are not sound proof and there was a child running around in the room upstairs constantly from 7:30am to 8:00pm and it was a loud constant banging noise and super annoying.
If not for that, it would have been a perfect stay.

September is a beautiful season on Cape Cod!
Pros:

The after high season rates were excellentfor the location. We had a nice view of the bay/pond from our balcony.
