Overpriced, not central and not great

Very very overpriced. The girl who checked us in ( pink hair ) was not very friendly. She originally said she had no booking under my name and when I showed her my booking.com confirmation she just said ok fine. She gave us no information on WiFi, where the pool is, breakfast, check out etc; and seemed inconvienanced when I asked. My partner who is Brazilian paid first and was charged the correct amount but then our card did not work - when I retried ( I am not Brazilian ) they overcharged us by a significant amount. Maybe this was because we were tourists? As we experience this in tourist places in Brazil but did not expect it here. Anyway, this really turned us off. When I queried it the solution was added credit to our room. We used the credit to buy cocktails which were also overpriced, we spent the amount of credit we had but a 10% service tip was added on - seems like a trick to spend more money at the hotel. It’s also not near the centre and the area is not very safe to walk around. The rooms are ok but nothing special for the price. No toiletries, no water, no robes - for the price you’d expect at least water in the room, especially considering you cant drink the tap water here! We wouldn’t return. There is much better value for money in manaus.

Muito aquém do desejado . Funcionários com boa vontade mas claramente sem treinamento . Café da manhã caro e ruim.
Pros:

Acomodação satisfatória , mas mais se assemelha a um íbis que a um Mercure . Apesar dos tamanhos dos quartos serem ótimos

Pros:

The staff were very friendly and helpful, special thanks to the lady at the reception who managed to book us two fantastic restaurants.

Cons:

Our room was right above the airconditioning unit of the whole hotel, causing an an unbearable noise stopping us from sleeping well. Double glazing will do miracles!

Pros:

Somente da localização.

Cons:

A) Da demora e do desprezo dos manobristas (tanto para receber, quanto para entregar o carro). B) Os quartos são sujos, principalmente o piso do quarto. C) Do péssimo e fila de espera do café da manhã. Mas, o problema dos manobristas superou todos os absurdos, ao ponto da “boa localização” perder o seu valor.
