Great value family room, but noisy
Pros:

Great price for all 5 of us in the city centre

Cons:

It got very loud once the night club closed around 2am. Our room was slightly below street level so it felt like the drunken chatter was in our room. We only spotted the ear plugs in the morning!

The staff, the room, proximity to the tram was good too.

Cons:

The decor was a little tired and dated, and the room doesn't have a fan or aircon that would have made us more comfortable.
