The was right next to the night club...so was noisy when trying to get to sleep
Location
Noise was very loud.
We stayed 5 nights and were braced for night-time noise in this popular area, however there were only the seagulls! We were very comfy in our room and the breakfasts are good. The bar is a good meeting place and for watching footie! The staff are sweet and helpful.
Location
Not enough / no toiletries/ soap/body wash in shower
Beautiful building and room. Staff were lovely and very polite and accommodating
None of the USB charging sockets worked. We had to share one charging adapter we had with us between 4 devices. We weren’t aware that there was a night club in the basement and there was a lot of very loud shouting from just below our window which kept us awake till after 4am. This should be mentioned in the description. I am in my seventy’s and my partner is in her sixty’s and had we known this we would have chosen a quieter location.
Staff were helpful
It was a tiny room, hardly any space between the bed and the wall and a tiny shower, no air conditioning, noise outside until 4am on Saturday morning
Breakfast was poor.evening meal was good. Staff very helpful and friendly. Location excellent.
Poor choice at breakfast. Cold plates. Cold food.Bedroom very warm, unable to open window.
Very cramped twin room. Expensive. Window wouldn't open. Too hot in room. Very dated the whole experience. Up and down steps with my case. Having to exit on to the street to get to Hotel Lobby.
Fire Alarm went off 3 times the first night of our stay.
Standard bedroom. Paid £1119 for 3 adults for 3 nights. Rooms small, tired , 2 plug sockets in entire room. Towels stained and old . Rooms looked out onto beer garden. Rooms stank of cigarettes because of this . Beer garden busy until 3 am, night club also directly underneath . Big give away when we found complementary earplugs in drawers. Hotel is located well, but would have been nice to have actually got some sleep in the rooms we paid for . A warning would have been useful when checking in. Won’t stay again. Maybe best suited for stag and hens guests .
Location and room
the tea didn't taste right - not sure why
