Smell of carpets in the room. Not very clean, we found hair in the bedding and bathroom. We heard the noise above out room. We stayed for one night only.

Overall not including the property manger and the AC the stay wasn’t bad and would of recommended it to friends

The front desk staff was really nice. And the breakfast wasn’t bad

Cons:

Property manager refused to talk to me all week and tried to force me to pay for a night i wasn’t at the property. When tried to get in contact with. 101 excuses on why she can’t come to the phone. Ended up having to dispute the charges. And the AC in the rooms could be better

Close to every thing . Clean and excellent breakfast. Front desk staff is top tier!!
Miguel was EVERYTHING! Polite, respectful and knowledgeable about Ybor and Tampa. He rocks and his services are above and beyond!

Cons:

Parking cost is absurd. If we are staying at the hotel could you accommodate a slightly less rate?
The housekeeping staff were terrible! What is their deal anyway?! What freaking twats (pardon me but that’s the attitude they gave me more than once) . To include the breakfast staff….like WTF? Geez, if you don’t like customer service, maybe pick a different job. Ugh
