Cons:

Toilet very difficult to flush
Shower rod broken and shower curtain would bot stay closed. Bathtub needs to be replaced. Bathroom fan not working.

Pros:

The gentlemen working night shift was the ONLY good thing about the stay. He was kind and respectful.

Cons:

First room was GROSS. Pretty sure it hasn't been clean after stays for a long time. Second room they put us in AC didnt work the plug looked like it was about to start on fire. Third room mattress has a HUGE blood stain.

Despite the friendly employee the property did not live up to expectations because of it's location.
Pros:

Employees were friendly. Hotel was okay. Location was in a ghetto/industrial area with a porn store right in front. The photo of the property was very misleading. Breakfast was okay at best. Attendant was very friendly.

Filthy rooms and bathrooms. Terrible hotel. I want my money back.
Pros:

It was terrible, filthy, not newly renovated as stated. The staff was friendly.

Cons:

The bathroom and bathtub were so filthy we didn't want to take showers. There was mold and mildew on all the faucets and in the corners of the shower. The bottom of the tub was peeling and dirty. There were large cracks in the tile floor if the bathroom someone could get cut on.
The bed was disgusting. The bottom fitted sheet came off and there was no mattress cover. There were hair and crumbs on the mattress. The pillows were smelly and very lumpy.
The pet area outside was covered in dog poop. They made us stay on the second floor (they said it is the pet policy) even after I requested first floor, so my dog had to ride in the elevator with other dogs.
The place was gross. It claims to be newly renovated, but it needs more work. I am very unhappy and would like a refund.

Not going back there to stay
Pros:

The breakfast wasn’t ready on time so we didn’t get to eat.

The rooms were old, not in the very best of shape. However, the bed was great.

Unprofessional staff. Walls around tub are corroded with mold. Roaches everywhere in the restroom

The price because I was given a discount for some confusion.

Cons:

Them taking the discount back from my deposit. So it was just staying there for the regular price.

There were a few issues in the room. I left a list at the front desk.
Pros:

You could tell the facility was recently and continuing renovation. Lots of nice upgrades

Cons:

Parking was weird. It is located in the middle of several industrial businesses. There was no pool.

Pros:

The staff was nice. The breakfast was decent when there was creamer. I was able to keep the pets. And they helped every time we needed anything. Parking lot is so small. Safer then it seems. The mirrors were beautiful. They had a ice machine and was very close to everything we wanted to do.

Cons:

The room, it had dirty sheets, blood stains. That i didnt notice until morning.the pull out couch has visible debri that i had to get off as quickly as possible before my teenager seen and felt uncomfortable. Requested Sheets for his bed and they very clean. There was hair in the water jets before anyone took a shower. The table had visible crumbs. The chair had a blood stain. The floor was so sticky and dirty for being so beautiful. The fart fan didnt work. The tub was peeling. The gap under the door was bigger then im used to a little scary.
