Pros:

Great property and rooms

Cons:

The staff were incredibly rude and weren’t trained at all. One member kept mentioning the price of a coffee we ordered and asked if it was okay. It’s a bit insulting, and the staff at our breakfast place didn’t really pay any attention to our table either. We had to keep finding them. They also ran out of plates at one point. The tables did not have all amenities on them
