Really great place to visit I went to fedrics lounge was really great experience

It’s a refreshing experience amidst the bustle of Mumbai. Calming at the Spa and excellent care by Angelina at the Reception!

Hi went on vacation to Mumbai and feel very ill. The compassion and care of the Concierge staff goes beyond words. I would sincerely like to thank Arnov, Prathamesh, Subodh and Dev who went above and beyond the call.

We had visited ITC Grand, Hornby pavillon for lunch . The interiors are royal and Vibrant. The F&B team , specially Mr Fabian and his team catered to us very well.
The staff is professional and take good care of guests.
Coming to the food, we relished the lamb bolognese, the lamb was soft and succluent. The Chef personally visited our table to understand if any customization is required.
The staff of ITC , Grand knows how to enhance the dining experience and would highly recommend this place for the hospitality and food.

I like the ambiance, i like the etiquette of the employees, they are so cordial whenever i see them i feel like to bless them.
spa felt amazing, POV was excellent. Very pleasant and the staffs were so kind and helpful.
The fountain area was peaceful gave me a peace of space.
Everything was peaceful and felt like I’m in a meditation.

Came to dine with ITC Grand Central and the food was amazing, everything was perfect and stunning. The staffs were very kind and helpful. My mother like the service and the authentic dal bukhara. Everything was pleasant and peaceful. The neighbouring table became family the engagement with the team Guest relations was great. Everyone seemed so welcoming and generous

We had a wonderful experience at this property. The stay was comfortable, the property was well-maintained, and the overall atmosphere was excellent. The hospitality and service made our visit even more enjoyable.

A special thanks to Anil Mandal, who was extremely helpful throughout our stay. He gave us a very nice tour of the property and guided us about the best places to visit and explore in the city. His helpful nature and local guidance really made our experience more memorable.

Overall, a great stay and a place I would happily recommend to others visiting the city! Highly recommended.

Had a wonderful experience at ITC grand Central. We had such a wonderful time today. We had a celebration of our dearest friend Eshika, she has the best time of her life. The staff were very polite and friendly. The environment is pleasant. It was a perfect meal combination the chef has suggested. Big shoutout to the team. The food was amazing very delicious nom nom....
