Pros:

It was in a great location for exploring Prague. The room was spacious and very comfortable . Breakfast was outstanding and the staff was very attentive and helpful . Would definitely come back!

tout était parfait
Pros:

Magnifique hôtel. Chambre très spacieuse, personnel fantastique. Tout était parfait. localisation parfaite également, à 2 pas du centre. Je recommande cet hôtel absolument

Cons:

La température dans la chambre était à 24 degrés. C'est un peu beaucoup mais le personnel a fait ce qu'il pouvait pour essayer de la faire descendre et régler le thermosta qui visiblement avait un petit souci.

Overpriced and wouldn’t like to stay there again.
Pros:

Location was excellent.Breakfast buffet was very good.

Cons:

The state of the room we were given.The standard was of the 3star hotel and definitely not5.The first room we were given we couldn’t access as there was an elevator problem.The second room we got the air conditioning was not working. The third one had drainage problems and although we asked them twice to fix it the problem was still there when we checked out.

Pros:

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel, everything was beyond what I expected. Nice., spacious, clean, friendly staff, delicious breakfast, and the room was very nice.

Cons:

It would be great to organize more seating in the breakfast area, as sometimes it got too crowded It might be difficult to find a table during busy hours.
