buen hotel buena ubicacion trato agradable
Pros:

la ubicacion y la habitacion
el jardin de invierno es muy lindo
pondria un par de batas para uso en la habitacion
podria haber cafe de cortesi en el loby

Cons:

el horario del resto podria se un poco mas extenso, no pudimos comer ahi por lo que no tengo opinion.
una noche que llovia pedimos un par de paraguas de cortesia y nos hicieron esperar demasiado para darnoslos.

Pros:

Sehr gute Lage, nur wenige Schritte von der Karlsbrücke. Wir hatten Glück und ein Zimmer mit Blick auf die Karlsbrücke, vor allem nachts ein toller Anblick. Sehr gutes Frühstück. Nettes Personal. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Pros:

Desde el momento que entramos al hotel la atención fue excelente. La habitación hermosa, las camas muy cómodas. El sector muy tranquilo y silencioso pero se puede llegar fácilmente a los lugares más turísticos, recorrimos todo caminando.
Nos hubiera gustado estar más tiempo. Espero volver algún día ☺️

This is for real!!! A jewel of a hotel, go and enjoy !!!
Pros:

Breakfast was generous, with wide choice food, including vegetarian options. This hotel has outstanding staff, particularly Lina, the general manager, also a shout out to Lem for his excellent advice.
This designer hotel has outstanding architectural and design features, and a dining court worthy of travel magazines!!
The Bookquet’s location , top level staff and attention to detail makes it a pleasure to rate it as a top notch MUST GO place.

J'étais en déplacement pour un congrès mondial-très occupée.

L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bon

Cons:

C'eat la première fois que je vois qu'un hôtel de 5 étoiles facture les thés et cafés misent en disposition dans les chambres.?!
J'ai beaucoup voyagé dans le monde et ça a toujours étaient gratuit. J'avous que je ne me suis pas servie car j'étais absente toute la journée.

I would come again. Superb breakfast and perfect location!

Very very central and quiet

Cons:

I was cold in the room and the control did not work. They did offer me a separate heater. A dressing gown would have been a really nice touch! I missed that!
