I thought would be roughly around 410.0 dollars after the 75 security deposit but it was over 500 and I was alone

The room was amazing and spacious!

Cons:

Our door got stuck constantly. I told the front desk and they assured me that maintenance would take a look at it while we were there, but it never happened. The handle had to be moved down and then up, followed by a bodyslam into the door-and it didnt always work the first time.

Perfectly located ! It was especially great for families and the rooms were quiet you could not hear any children and we were above the pool area!

Dirty and had roaches
Pros:

This hotel was the dirtiest place Ive ever stayed at. First day after checking in and paying a $75 pet fee, i approached the front desk with pictures of how dirty every thing was and requested the fee refunded and some cleaning supplies. I was told she would ask housekeeping. Cleaning supplies never came so I had to buy my own. This was a kitchenette suite so I also had bought $200 in groceries for our 5 night stay. On the 3rd or 4th night I could roaches in the cabinets. At check out i spoke with a general manager who stated that he couldn’t refund any money since I booked through a third party. The pictures I am including shows what 30 seconds of scrubbing a small patch on the arm chair, kitchen chair, and rug accomplished.

has gone downhill since we stayed 2 years ago. it's very dingy, worn out; definately needs an update. wifi signal and tv signals were poor in the room. breakfast quality is poor and greasy whereas two years ago it was fresh and desireable.
