The staff was exceptionally helpful and friendly. Room was extremely clean and comfortable. Great value for the money
the room was clean and comfortable
We found that the toilet leaked when flushed so they moved us to another room but it wasn't equal in set up to our original room. Then on our second day we asked to be moved to an equal room and got one, but it required us to do a lot of moving around, and little sympathy from the front desk and no compensation for our plight, in the end. I think they should have done better.

Really nice, clean comfortable room with perfect size for us.
The only problem i had was that we arrived at 130pm after driving many hours from ct, ny through torrential rain storms to go to the front desk to ask if its too early to check in. He said no it's not but it will cost you $15 fee to ckin in. I thought he was kidding at first, but then realized he wasn't, so out of principle we left and sat in the car and drove around after the storm to waste time. When we came back about 240 he said ok you can check in now. Is that the way an Hilton company employee treats their customers, trying nickel n dime them? Just say NO, not till 3pm instead of playing games with your customers. It left me a bad taste for Hampton suites, and all of Hilton for traing their employees to try to send them away or pay up when they already have a reservation and just survived driving in floods all over nj.
Besides that experience the room itself was perfect for us. But I will think twice before booking with a Hilton brand our next time out. I hope this info is helpful when evaluating your values and employees presentation.

Location is easy to find, right on the highway.
Signage had two names, Hilton Garden Inn and Hampton . I initially thought I was in the wrong place.
I liked the pool. The breakfast was a little hit or miss. Loved having 24 hour coffee available.
Sometimes the eggs were runny and the oatmeal was watery. Bed may have been too soft for me and that is just a personal preference.
