El desayuno "incluido" es un fraude, si quieren hospedarse, no lo agreguen.

Es relativamente céntrico, lo cual lo hace adecuado. El personal es amable.

Si bien las instalaciones son ya algo viejas, lo más inconveniente es el ruido que llega a las habitaciones, y el personal ni si quiera es cuidadoso en intentar hacer menos ruido, escuchábamos todo en cuanto llegaban nuevos huéspedes. Por otro lado, me parece un verdadero FRAUDE que me hayan cobrado casi 500$ por un desayuno (2 días por dos personas) que no es más que café, un poco de fruta y pan de caja tostado. Deberían ser más honestos y decir que eso es, y cobrar lo correspondiente (a lo mucho, pagaría 50$ por eso que me ofrecieron).

Absolutely unacceptable experience. There was no hot water in the shower during our stay, which is a basic necessity—especially when traveling with young kids. Then we requested toilet paper and we were told to wait till the next morning. 😡 The staff was completely unprofessional, dismissive, and offered zero solutions. No urgency, no accountability, and no care for guests. This level of service is beyond disappointing. I would not stay here again and strongly advise others to avoid it.
