Pay Manual more so he can be present every day! He is the best.
Pros:

The Fritz was a wonderful and comfortable stay. Very convenient to all the activities, restaurants and night life if you choose.

Cons:

Nothing, I stay at the Fritz again and I again hands down!

The workers from there were vary helpful and friendly, can’t wait to stay there again, can’t recommend it enoug.

Very nice location but not the ideal holiday stay.
Pros:

The location is beautiful, the room was very spacious.

Cons:

The hotel is outdated. We couldn’t sleep at all because of the music that was so loud. The hotel is not clean and the only facility are the beach towels.

I won’t return unless it cleaned and remodeled the fridge was dirty the floors was dirty with sand all on the floor

That it was around everything but didn’t like that it wasn’t clean and no room service

Cons:

It needs to be cleaned and remodel and cleaner sheets and towels,my towels had stains on them and sheets had stains. There was no room service no one ever came to see if we need trash taking or room cleaned or fresh towels.

Cons:

Although I booked my accommodation well in advance and requested the highest floor available they proceeded to put me on the lowest floor they had. Furthermore my friend who also stayed in the hotel in a separate room that book the hotel 3 weeks prior to arriving was given the top floor.

Amazing hotel and great staff!
Pros:

Free upgrade to 5th floor waterfront suite. Was very nice! Staff was excellent and let us check out late as well so we could go to lunch before our plane ride back.

Cons:

Some things didn't work, like the phone and one of the bathroom sink knobs. Also the microwave handle was broken off.

Loved the cleanliness and cool air conditioning!
Pros:

Close to everything “south beach!” Easy access to public transportation!

Cons:

I booked a king room and they upgraded us to a suite, which was very nice, but I didn’t like that the suite was handicapped accessible. Certain things about a handicapped room are not always appealing to me. Also, the shower didn’t have much pressure. It was fine, just took longer. No view, we looked at an alley and parking garage. Trash trucks woke us in the morning.

Ubicación excelente
Pros:

El alojamiento es muy grande, con nevera y microondas, también cubiertos. La cama es muy cómoda y estaba todo muy limpio. Reservamos la habitación con vistas a Ocean drive que tiene un pequeño balcón y nos encantó desayunar con esas vistas. La piscina genial.

Cons:

Estaba un poco anticuado y algunas cosas necesitan un poco de mantenimiento, simplemente por estética.

Friendly hotel
Pros:

A fantastic spot right at the start of ocean drive. We upgraded to a 2 bed suite overlooking the sea and it was worth every oenny.
