Pros:

Will probably hear from now on when we go up north. Kids loved the swimming pool, breakfast was good. It was VERY busy.

Comfortable room but many amenities out of order.

The room was nice. I also like the water with fruit that they keep in the lobby.

The hot tub and the water slide were broken and closed.

In town for a hockey tournament, the staff, location, breakfast, and environment were great.
Pros:

The facility was very clean and the room was spacious. I especially enjoyed all the options at the breakfast. I was skeptical due to previous reviews, however it was all delicious, hot foods hot, cold foods cold.

Cons:

It is disappointing that the water slide and hot tub, advertised online through apps and images are no longer functional. This has been an issue for many months - it would be good if they updated the information online to avoid disappointing customers.

Slightly less than advertised and could have been cleaner.
Pros:

Staff were kind and helpful.

Cons:

The bedding on our first night smelt of Irvine and we ask to have it changed the next day. They did. Breakfast was 6 out of 10 because sausage was over cooked and eggs were under cooked. Went to restaurant in Duluth.

Pros:

The rooms were spacious and clean. It was located in a spot where it was easy to get to. It was close to the mall and other shopping as well as restaurants

Cons:

The continental breakfast was underwelming. They ran out of food early, and it didn't look like they refilled anything they ran out of. They had old mattresses laying outside, and a flatbed truck was parked, and he took up 6 parking spots, so some of us had to park in another businesses parking lot.

The room was nice.

Cons:

The whole reason we booked there was for the water slide, it wasn't working. Neither was the hot tub. The ladder going to the deep end of the pool was broken, my son cut his foot open on something in the pool, no idea what. He alerted staff (front desk) that he bled all over the pool area, it was never cleaned up.
I had called the hotel on Wednesday to change my check in date, the girl i spoke was able to change it. I had my confirmation in my email, I got there to check in and my reservation was no where to be found. Staff was not friendly from check in to check out, the house keeping staff was very nice, though! Breakfast was meh, not much for choices.
Over all, not a good experience & way over priced. Because they couldn't find my reservation, I ended up paying $80 more, for their mess up. We will not be going back and recommending people elsewhere.
