The breakfast was okay.
We booked this hotel for the slide and kiddie pool for our 4 year old. When we arrived we were informed that the pool was not fully operational, the kiddy pool, slide and hot tub were out of order. I asked if this would be fixed during our stay and was informed that its a months long issue. I asked if we should have been informed about it because it was not listed anywhere when I booked my stay on March 30th. The front desk staff advised the pool issue began on May 13th, and i was told that because I booked through booking.com, I would not have been made aware of the non working pool. Also I was informed my rate could not be changed and there was nothing they could offer due to booking through a 3rd party. I was told that a a manager would contact me but my only contact was with front desk staff. At the end of the stay they placed a sign at the front desk informing of the issue and that the rates had been lowered for guests due to this issue but only for people who booked after May 13th. Definitely feels like they dont like 3rd party booking, and I feel like it makes it hard to put the guests as the middle person in the matter.

Under construction (loud), construction debris everywhere, pool and hot tub and slide out of order, smell of cigarette smoke, leaking sink, duct tape on the floor doorways.
The staff are very neat and polite, creating a welcoming atmosphere.

The property was very close to everything that e had planned. Very clean and staff was vey good.
Breakfast was included in the room but did not find anything there that appealed to us. It was probably us though as gravy and biscuits didn’t appeal as much as scrambled eggs would have but all in all a very good stay.
Terrible stay ! I do not recommend any families go to this hotel , the water slide is broken and the hot tub is broken and the water was so cold that my daughters couldn’t even swim in it , we didn’t even stay the night I had to book somewhere else , and they refused to give me my refund, terrible service ! DO NOT BRING YOUR FAMILY TO THIS HOTEL !
