Would not stay here again
Pros:

We liked the location.

Cons:

The lock didn't work on the first room we got. The second room the lock got stuck. The shower was dripping all night. The room had a musty/moldy smell, the carpet felt damp. Couldn't sleep between the awful smell, and the dripping shower all night.

Great bones, friendly staff….but severely lacking.
Pros:

The staff was phenomenal! Super friendly and checked me in early without additional charge. They were super sweet.

Cons:

Hot tub was closed for maintenance. There was no notification about that. The “gym” was 2 treadmills. The breakfast was absolutely horrible - I went to the ihop in back of the parking lot. Walls were PAPER ZTHIN. I asked to be away from other guests, foot traffic, elevator, etc…..heard a tv that felt above my head loud and clear till 2am. No outlet to use mobile charger to electric car overnight - ANYWHERE.

I won't be recommending your hotel to anyone nor will I be returning myself.
Pros:

The breakfast was ok. Not great but ok.

Cons:

The toilet in my room sounded like it was going to flush every 30-45 seconds ! Can you imagine how annoying that was/is ? Those things need to be brought to the attention of maintenance by housekeeping or any other staff members who are made aware of it ! The room should NEVER have been assigned to me - or any other guest. I had a very nice impression of Stoney Creek after my first stay - but now not so much !

Pros:

Friendly staff and great location.

Cons:

Wish the hot tub had been in working order and/or the pool was heated. Sauna was nice though.

Cons:

It felt a little dated or perhaps less grand compared to another Stoney Creek in which I stayed, but I wasn’t in any way misled; it was just my false expectation. This property was a great value, and I’ll stay here again.

Disappointed for the price.
Pros:

It was clean. Breakfast was okay. Staff were nice.

Cons:

Booked this hotel so the kids could swim. Wasn’t told the pool was closed until check in. Lady said she tried to get a hold of me but couldn’t since I booked through Booking- even though they did text me the pre- registration prior. The beds were small and moved a lot. Blinds were very dusty. Remote didn’t work and a guy had to come fix it. The bathtub didn’t have a drain stopper so my son couldn’t get a bath and was too scared for a shower since it was just a black hole.
