Beautiful property within a comfortable walking distance to the beaches and old town.
Nothing! My only suggestion would be to include parking within the hotel fee.

Beautiful building. Amazing, very helpful staff. Very friendly receptionists and always available. Delicious breakfast. Very comfortable bed. Beautiful suite!
20 minutes walk to the old town.
Aircon in the room, not working properly and the room, being in a basement was really stuffy! Also the lighting in the bathroom could be a bit brighter.

It is a superb, private location, away from the city center’s crowd. But you can still walk to the city center’s. The atmosphere was also splendid in the hotel, with an exquisite taste. The rooms are specious and also very quiet.

The property is a wonderful noble villa, big rooms, refined decoration and furniture. I don’t need to note the quality of the food, because Euskadi is the best place to eat in Spain, so we can affirm that it’s one of the best place to be, from a culinary point of view, in the world. Wonderful attentive staff and with special regards to Gorka, who was our guardian angel for the three days.

The hotel is beautifully appointed. The staff could not have been more helpful. The breakfast was very good. We really enjoyed our stay here.
It is a very nice and cosy boutique hotel with friendly staff and facilities. The room was very clean. The reception area and the restaurant is decorated very nicely. The staff were very helpful with recommendations. Location is also not bad given there is parking - the walk to the city is 25 min if you don’t want to drive and 10-15min walk to the beach.
The room we stayed in was in the building in the back. It was a little small and ventilation was not great, there was a smell in the room. I would prefer a room in the main building next time.

It was a perfect location. We could walk into Old Town & beaches.
The air freshener /scent used in the entry/lobby was very strong. Needs to be toned down a little. Smells nice, but too strong.
Each and every staff member was exceptional in service. They went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. They could not have been better.
The home and property are beautiful and perfectly maintained.

Air conditioning was quite inefficient in the room we had and directly above our room staff was very loud very early
