Molt bé
Pros:

La ubicació i l'entorn són fantàstics. El personal és molt amable i atent. L'esmorzar, molt bo i variat. Algun dia vam sopar al bar de l'hotel i també molt bé. Hem estat molt a gust i molt còmodes. Repetiríem segur.

Cons:

Les instal·lacions sembla que s'han quedat una mica antigues.

Hotel com vistas magníficas e localização excelente
Pros:

Gostei da localização com uma vista fenomenal.
As piscinas eram boas com vista fantástica bem com o bar e orestaurante O quarto era confortável e espaçoso.
Os produtos de higiene eram bons.
Fica perto do Monte Brasil que tem um trilho muito bom.
Gostei do brinde de boas vindas e de ter café no quarto

Cons:

Só tomei o p.almoco no restaurante e apesar de ser muito bom, poderia ter mais opções saudáveis como papas de aveia, panquecas de aveia ou overnight oats para quem é intolerante ao glúten e fruta mais diversificada. No último dia , quando abriu as 730 h não havia café no jarro do café e ainda estavam a colocar alguns alimentos nos respectivos locais. Estava com pressa para apanhar o avião e foi chato. Os funcionários do restaurante não eram amaveis e, por vezes , respondiam de forma brusca.
Apesar de terem os avisos das normas de reutilização de toalhas os funcionários trocavam- nas na mesma , o que não era necessário. Tinhamos de ir buscar as toalhas da piscina á receção e não no bar da piscina, o que não faz sentido

Extremely happy that we stayed here. Food in the restaurant was better than some local restaurants. Ordered the Alcatra

STAFF ARE AMAZING, especially the kitchen staff (for dinner), great location, comfortable beds, very clean, etc etc

Cons:

Everything was great. All the luxuries from home.

Schönes Hotel an wunderbarer Lage, zu Fuss in 10 Minuten im Städtchen. Der Pool ist fantastisch!
Pros:

Schöne, grosses und geräumiges Zimmer und der schönste Swimmingpool ever! Nettes Personal. Wir haben jeden Tag eine kleine Überraschung im Zimmer bekommen. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

ארוחת בוקר טובה למדי

Cons:

השירות בבר היה מתחת לכל ביקורת! מתקני הספא- הסאונה והחמאם לא עבדו כלל, וזה היה מאכזב עבורנו.

La stanza molto grande e pulita, colazione fenomenale, super ricca, ampia scelta tra dolce e salato. La vista sul mare è qualcosa di sensazionale, consiglio!

Cons:

Al mio arrivo non erano disponibili alcuni servizi, come ad esempio il bagno turco. Questo dovrebbe essere fatto presente al momento della prenotazione, e i prezzi dovrebbero essere adeguati a ciò che viene realmente offerto.

Fantastic hotel with indoor and outdoor pool
Pros:

Fantastic view from the balcony (see photo). We felt cosy inside while watching the stormy weather and sea. We really enjoyed the indoor swimming pool which is free for guests to use, beautiful, relaxing and clean. We chose the hotel for this amenity as it was poor weather outside. Breakfast was good with a variety of local delicacies and was suitable for vegetarians.

Cons:

We couldn't use the swimming pool initially due to aqua-aerobics class going on which we weren't informed about. This meant changing clothes and coming back later but felt rushed to have a quick swim before they closed. Longer swimming pool opening hours (including swim before breakfast) would be ideal. Also wished we had been provided slippers as well as a bathrobe as we had wet shoes afterwards.

Great hotel, amazing views. Super gym!!
Pros:

We really loved this hotel and had a great 3-day stay. Located right on the edge of the ocean, we had great sea views across the bay to Monte Brasil. It was only a short (and scenic!) 10-minute walk into the old city, the fort, and Monte Brasil. The free on-site parking lot was a bit crowded but we never actually had trouble finding a vacant spot to park. Our room was excellent – bright, clean and airy with great views over the bay. We had a nice balcony to enjoy the view and everything was very comfortable, really nice just sitting out there taking in the view. The breakfast buffet was amazing as well, especially with the nice sea views and the morning sun. One of the high points of the hotel was the very well-equipped gym. It is actually a commercial gym within the hotel that guests can use free of charge. It is totally complete with weights, cardio gear, box gym, and various classes. Really a great perk of staying in the hotel. We had a great stay and I’d definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

Boa estadia!
Pros:

Funcionários simpáticos, disponíveis, os locais são de fácil acesso, bom para cadeira de rodas, os quartos grandes, espaçosos com varanda com cadeiras e uma pequena mesa, uma vista muito bonita, piscina exterior de boas dimensões, muito bem localizado, dá para ir a pé ao centro de Angra de Heroísmo (vários restaurantes, como tem vários mercados), como está perto de duas zonas balneares, o hotel tem restaurante (foi um serviço que não foi utilizado) piscina interior e ginásio.

Cons:

não tenho nada para me queixar, apenas reparei que a limpeza, nos acabamentos foi um pouco rápida, tendo ficado uma cabeceira fora do lugar, como deixaram o seu cartão no local onde inserimos o nosso para ligar a luz, como as rolhas das garrafas ficaram em cima da mesa.
