I would definitely stay again!!!
Pros:

The views, the staff, the food. We were there for a wedding and they did an amazing job!

Cons:

Bathroom is a little dated. Hard to get into the tub. Shower head was very small and water was consistent temperature wise.

Nach teurem upgrade, war Zimmer wie gebucht

Cons:

Hatten Zimmer mit Balkon gebucht. Bekamen ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer ohne Balkon. Nach Aussage der Mitarbeiterin war erst am nächsten Tag ein anderes Zimmer frei. Nachdem wir sagten, wir nehmen ein upgrade gings aber auch nur mit Aufpreis. Weder auf der Hotel Webseite noch bei booking com sind Zimmer ohne Balkon buchbar. Fühlten uns etwas ver..... Frühstück war ok.

Excellent hotel and wonderful island
Pros:

We have just returned from an island hopping tour of the azores with final destination terceira. This hotel surpassed expectations. Location perfect for accessing the town and Harbour. Very professional staff and amenities well maintained. Our junior suite was perfect, spacious, clean, quiet with beautiful views of the ocean and pool. Would highly recommend x

Hotel muito bonito, algumas arestas a limar
Pros:

Quarto muito confortavel, com varanda e vista. Piscina excelente. Internet funcional, parque de estacionamento. Limpeza competente, receção atenciosa. Pequeno-almoço inclui produtos locais.

Cons:

Os lavabos de apoio à piscina precisam de renovaçao. A utilizaçao do ginasio por pessoas externas ao hotel gera potenciais equivocos, por nao ser explicada ao cliente à chegada (o pessoal do fit club nao foi nada simpático).
Seleçao musical na piscina e no bar Fanal merecia uma atualização.

La ubicación es muy buena, cerca de Angra para ir andando pero no en el centro con lo que tienes tranquilidad. Las vistas son preciosas desde el hotel. Las instalaciones son excelentes con todo muy bien cuidado y todo su personal es fantástico siempre amables y ayudando a que tu estancia sea agradable. El desayuno y cena buffet también son de calidad
