This is the third time I stay in this hotel. Staff is really friendly and always replying to requests really fast. Rooms are clean, spacious and beds are ok. Will be back.

Good place to stay, but surrounding area isn't ideal and no pool. Close to the airport if that's what you need though.

I had to leave after 30 minutes of being there. First hotel ive ever had to leave in my life. I tried two different rooms both ACs were not working and it was just as hot as outside. Second room had dust mites and a spider just on the pillow. I was charged for one night even though I was in and out. The owner was insanely rude. She made me feel like I was in the wrong when it was her establishment that was nasty. I was upset but whatever. The beds were also very very hard (I sat on them to give the AC a chance to cool down). Also the sheets felt dry/dusty like something from my grandmother’s closet.

Breakfast wasn't early enough for our flight
Very spacious room, close to the airport with free transfers to the airport.
Everything was as expected
* Close to Phnom Penh airport, 10 minutes by car/tuk tuk
* Free drop to airport (not from airport)
* in the middle of China Town, very chaotic neighborhood. Very noisy almost all night long
* The hotel did not have a good breakfast, no tea/juice/fruits. Only some breads, fried rice and some Chinese soups
* There was a water boiler in room but they don't offer any tea
* You can notice a huge difference in the behavior of staff compared to the rest of the Cambodia. Cambodians are very polite and humble everywhere, not in this hotel
* It took a very long time for hot water in the shower
* Door of shower cabin was stuck open
* Air-conditioning was very bad, it was not cooling down at all but just making some noise all the time
Just 5 min from the airport, and the airport shuttle was included in the price. Very helpful personnel, who kept our luggage for some days. The rooms are huge and clean with comfy beds. There are only Chinese restaurants around, and the hotel's restaurant closes at 7pm, however, you can order online and eat at the tables downstairs.
At some point it smelt like cigarette smoke in the corridor, but not in the room.
