Meine Zimmerkategorie war überbucht und das Hotel wollte weder eine Entschuldigung, noch eine eine Kompensation gewähren.
Das Personal am Frontdesk zeigte null Service Bewusstsein!

Cons:

1. The air conditioning is centrally controlled and cannot be used until 10 PM. Other guests were also complaining. We checked in at 3 PM, but the room was like a steam bath with the afternoon sun shining in. It does not deserve to be a 4-star hotel. 2. The front desk staff were unfriendly and didn't smile at all. The middle-aged woman with glasses at the front desk in particular needs to relearn how to provide customer service.

Hôtel de très bon standing,
Grâce au surclassement gratuit, chambre très grande, bien aménagée.
Petit déjeuner de très bonne qualité. (inclus dans le prix de la chambre)
Situé en centre, au calme (car pas hypercentre)

Petit détail : reste le mystère du système d'éclairage non maîtrisé car sans explication

Good location and the city center within walking distance. The staff were friendly and ready to help when needed. Overall, a normal option for a short stay without any major issues.

Cons:

The main issue was the overall condition of the room. There was an unpleasant smell, and the room did not feel clean. The towels also had a bad smell, and the shower was partly broken. Most of the fittings were in poor condition, so the place clearly needs renovation and better maintenance.

La cortesia del personale

Cons:

Struttura decisamente datata, necessita di una profondo svecchiamento.
La camera ampia al primo piano al termine di un corridoio con moquette decisamente sporca.
Affaccio su un cortile interno con balconcino inutilizzabile, circondato da vetri oscurati su cui si appoggiano dei contenitori per l’immondizia…siamo stati svegliati dalle chiacchiere del personale e dal rumore dei sacchi buttati nei contenitori.
Rapporto qualità/prezzo totalmente assurdo…non si possono pagare € 230/notte per il solo fatto di essere a Palermo…

Conforto e limpeza - quarto no Mercure Residenza. O primeiro quarto que nos deram era para pessoas com cadeira de rodas e não gostamos, mas fomos atendidos na solicitação de troca de quarto e ficamos no Residenza- prédio ao lado do principal, bem agradável!
