Posizione ultra centrale, struttura pulita, letti confortevoli, tv con canali multilingue.

Cons:

La colazione non offre granché, alcuni receptionist sono frettolosi e rispondono in maniera velatamente scortese (molto spesso mi sono sentito osservato), la stanza in cui soggiornavo aveva problemi di elettricità (spesso al buio e con carta magnetica non funzionante e dovevo sempre chiamare la reception per farmi aprire la stanza).

Nice and clean island in the middle of "hot" Palermo.
Pros:

Very good location close to the city centre (Teatro Massimo). Room was nice, we got it on the 8th floor so had a fantastic view over Plaremo buidlings ... Room was clean, beds comfortable, air condition working, bathroom also clean, no problem with the pressure ... Breakfast standard, acceptable for 2 nights stay.

Cons:

Parking a little bit expansive (30EUR/night), furniture and bathroom are used but still ok.

мы бронировали номер с балконом, это было принципиально, так как ехали из другого города и у нас после моря были мокрые вещи, которые планировали на балконе сушить, т.к. на следующий день надо было улетать. Мало того, что нас не заселяли долго, хотя заселение с 14:00, а мы приехали к 14.30 и ждали еще 30 минут, так еще и номер не тот дали. Мы были с друзьями, которым дали нормальный номер в 2 раза больше и с балконом, хотя мы с ними бронировали одинаковый номер. Пока муж разбирался на ресепшене, я уже сама решила все свои вопросы с одеждой, поэтому то, что ему предложили поменять нам номер на номер с балконом уже было неактуально (к тому же предупредили, что кровать будет меньше...КУДА МЕНЬШЕ? наша была и так меньше, чем у наших друзей в 1.5 раза)
к тому же в номере были пустые банки с гелем для душа...
еще карточка в номер перестала работать в какой-то момент.
в общем мы ужасно недовольны работой персонала и предоставленными услугами в этом отеле. шо

Dobra lokalizacja (cicha, bezpieczna okolica, blisko do centrum), wygodne materace z czystą pościelą. I to by było na tyle.

To czterogwiazdkowy hotel o standardzie hotelu robotniczego.
Wady: wszechobecny brud! Pokoje zniszczone, śmierdzące papierosami, lepkie. Śmierdząca wykładzina. Bardzo kiepskie śniadania obsługa otwiera śniadanie z opóźnieniem kilkunastu minut A jak już nawet otworzy to na nim nic nie ma, poza suchym chlebem. Po pytaniu Dlaczego nie ma jedzenia odpowiadają że za 10 minut będzie po czym znikają i oczywiście nie wracają a za 10 i za20 minut nadal nie ma jedzenia! To chyba jedyne miejsce we Włoszech, gdzie podają obrzydliwą kawę - jakiś paskudny proszek sączący się z niby ekspresu. Niedomyte talerze i szklanki. Bardzo nieżyczliwa obsługa recepcji (panie były zajęte plotkowaniem i wyraźnie zniesmaczone tym że zostały poproszone o to żeby przeprowadzić check in w środku dnia około godziny 15:00. W pokojach Nie ma nawet blatu żeby położyć rzeczy - są tylko szafki nocne. W pokoju jest wprawdzie szafa ale przymocowana na stałe do ściany, a szafki nocne są za to tak ustawione że jedne drzwi szafy otwierają się tylko do połowy i nie pozwalają na wysunięcie szuflad które znajdują się w szafie z tego względu do dyspozycji gości są cztery wieszaki. Klimatyzacja w pokoju warczy jak traktor więc jeśli ktoś ma lekki sen to raczej nie zaśnie. NIGDY WIĘCEJ.
