Che ci hanno fatto scaricare i bagagli fatto parcheggiare lauto e fatto fare il check-in e solo dopo ci hanno detto che la camera non era pronta, questo mi ha dato molto fastidio, perché avrei preferito andare a pranzo e poi sarei ritornato anzi che stare 2 ore nella sala

Pros:

The location is excellent, and the staff friendly and helpfull (despite some other reviews). The room was clean, sufficiently spacious for one person. I read several reviews complaining about the breakfast, but it was completelly sufficient. There are some items which need to be separatelly paid, but I took only what was included in the price, and I have no complaints.

Отель в центре города. Просторные номера. Отзывчивый персонал. В целом хороший отель.
Завтрак нормальный. Широкая кровать.

Cons:

Даже не пытайтесь самостоятельно найти парковку возле отеля. Это не реально. У отеля есть свой гараж куда они могут поставить ваш автомобиль, но это стоит 25 евро в сутки и работает эта услуга с утра и до 22:00. Хотя на стойке регистрации указано, что гараж работает круглосуточно. Вам необходимо предупредить персонал о том,что вам необходим автомобиль примерно за час до планируемого времени выезда. Странно всё это🤔.

Nel cuore di Palermo, ricco di storia e di gentilezza!
Pros:

Colazione eccellente, ricca e varia, dolce e salato, di tutto e di più!
La posizione perfetta per "consegnare la macchina" e esplorare il centro di Palermo a piedi!
Il parcheggio attorno all'hotel è difficile, quasi impossibile, essendo al centro, ma abbiamo optato per il servizio garage fornito dall'hotel e ne siamo + che soddisfatti, consegna della macchina 15 minuti prima dell'orario concordato... perfetto!

Cons:

Probabilmente la struttura andrebbe leggeremente rinnovata!
I balconi sono comunicanti con le altre stanze e non ci sono delle paratie per garantire la privacy.
