Pros:

Habitación amplia, al igual que el baño, ropa de cama impecable y camas muy cómodas

Cons:

Cuando reservé decía con parking pero nunca aclaran que es aparte y que sale 30 euros la noche. Cuando estás ahí ya no podés negarte

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

Very nice hotel. Really clean rooms. Spacious. Really nice sheets and comfortable bed.
Breakfast staff were friendly and extremely efficient.

Cons:

Could have more toiletries. Lotion and hair conditioner.
Iron or steamer in the room. Better quality towels.

Overpriced, outdated, and definitely not up to four-star standards.

The breakfast was the only positive aspect of my stay.

Cons:

The hotel is very old and outdated, especially the bathroom, which was extremely small and in need of renovation. One of the biggest problems was the poor soundproofing. We could clearly hear noises from the neighboring rooms, even the sound of their toilet flushing, which was very disturbing.

Considering the price I paid, the quality of the facilities and services was far below what I expected. The hotel was far too expensive for the standard and condition it offered. In my opinion, this property does not meet the standards of a four-star hotel.

Fantastic
Pros:

Everything was just perfect! There is everything you could wish for! The cleaning was daily! All the stuff was very polite and supportive. They assisted in arranging a taxi to the airport.
The room and the bathroom were large enough. The beds were very comfortable.
The lication is good and near the historical centre.
The restaurant and breakfast were very good and there was absolutely everything you could ask for!

Cons:

Just a little request - maybe it would be good if there was a fridge in the apartment!

I ragazzi dell’accoglienza della mattina gentili e disponibili. Colazione buona, posizione ottima

Cons:

Aria condizionata non gestibile autonomamente, cosa non accettabile in un 4 stelle. Cattivo odore nel bagno risolto all’arrivo ma poi ripresentato subito dopo. Corridoi non puliti e pareti in alcuni punti scrostate. Il personale della sera poco disponibile e a tratti sgarbato
