Great location, average stay hope it’s get better.
Pros:

Location was great.

Cons:

No fan, no remote for the upstairs tv. Building work going on so jack hammers at 7:30/8 am show was also not very clean understand it’s a small space but could be so much better.

Nice hotel in a great location, but undergoing some renovation
Pros:

This hotel is in an excellent location and easy to reach, on a quiet street. It's in two lovely rowhouses, one of which is being renovated so there is no real reception area in the one that is open. The hotel staff were very friendly and apologetic about the situation

Cons:

Our 'duplex room' was not the most comfortable, with bed in a cramped loft space (also very hot during the heatwave, the AC cooled only the lower level of the room) and a narrow bathroom with poorly designed sink; no breakfast available and only instant coffee in the room

Nice staff, great location but could do better
Pros:

Staff were excellent and they really went the extra mile to help one of our group who was suffering with a bad back.
Great location, generally clean and tidy but some small things in the room let them down.

Cons:

Place was nice but little things like no water in room, light bulbs not working, tea bags not replaced and bins not emptied is unacceptable.
Weather really warm but air con was struggling to cope and no real option to open a window for some fresh air.

Excelente para uma estadia curta e super bem localizado
Pros:

Quarto muito confortável e espaçoso. Os funcionários eram super simpáticos e disponíveis. A maior vantagem do hotel é a localização.

Cons:

Infelizmente algumas luzes não funcionavam e o ar condicionado não tinha muita potência, o que tornou o quarto super quente. :(

Pros:

Stayed at this hotel due to wanting to be nearby the Princess Grace Hospital due to Husband having surgery. Lovely & clean, great black out blind, very quiet & good Wifi. Receptionist was very accommodating and I felt very safe.

Die Lage ist toll - und ruhig. Gleich um die Ecke Cafes, Pubs und schöne Geschäfte. Das Zimmer aussergewöhlich.

Cons:

The hotel and rooms in the photos are not the hotel or room we got. The hotel in the photos is closed for renovation. We received no notice of this. We learned by a note posted on the door to go down the street. Reception and lobby were non existent. Room was very, very small and missing too many items to list. The staff apologized profusely but at the end of the day we did not get what we paid for. Nor any offer for a credit or reduction I. Our bill. This may well be our last ever booking through booking.com
