Great location, friendly staff
Pros:

Location to central london excellent. Right by Marlyebone high street and Baker St Tube station

Cons:

Once in the shower it was good, however, getting into the shower is challenging and without slip mats is a slip hazard :-(. Shower doors hard to close as need review and possible maintenance.

Convenient , clean and compact .
Pros:

Convenient location, clean and had everything we needed for an overnight stay.

Cons:

Quite steep steps up to the bedroom, bath sides quite high to climb over to have a shower , drainage in bath very slow.

Great place in a lovely neighborhood
Pros:

Second time here, really a nice hotel given London standards at this price point. Lovely rooms, well equipped and cozy. well connected to public transport and located in a nice neighborhood. For both biz trip or leisure I would happily come again.

disappointing especially for the price

it was like a shoe box, hallway so narrow and the room was dark, very poor lighting.

Definitely recommend, great location
Pros:

The room was very clean, the location was incredible, the staff were just lovely and very helpful.

Cons:

The ac could've been stronger, visited during a heat wave and had the duplex room and the upper floor was quite hot

Terrible hotel. Could not remain in the room due to it being like a furnace.
Pros:

The receptionist was nice and apologetic but everything else was terrible.

Cons:

This hotel is probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. I knew I was in trouble when I checked in but was told I would be stayig "across the road" and not in the main hotel. I was led through a rabbit warren of corridors to a room which was like a furnace. I was told the air conditioning would "probably come on at some point" but it did not and was instead 35 degrees. It was unbearable. I had no choice but to leave and find alternative accommodaion. Please do not stay here!!
