Not Hilton Quality! Do Not Stay Here
Pros:

The best I can say is there weren’t bed bugs.

Cons:

First room (205) was flooded with a leaky shower so we moved rooms. Second room (219)had a wet carpet floor and ac didn’t work. When the night maid came up and we tried to show her where the wet flooring was she didn’t check the areas we pointed out and called me a liar even though my mother and aunt also felt it and said it felt wet like a recently shampooed carpet. When we told the manager, she refused to come check herself. They did move us to a third room (319) which was okay except the shower drained slow and the bathroom outlet was broken. For an ada room, it was not compliant especially with the bathtub being a) a tub with no seat and b) no antiskid grips on the tub bottom. We were all slipping and sliding and our handicap member tweaked her knee. We would have just left but it was midnight and other close hotels were booked. In the morning the elevator was making horrible noise and missing buttons. Breakfast was literally stale cereal, pastries, bread and spreads, yogurt, and hard boiled eggs. This was very disappointing and extremely atypical of what I’m used to for a Hilton.

Room was disgustingly dirty. No one told us until we checked in that we were in a pet friendly room. We did not have pets with us. The room smelt like animals. The floor (hard and carpeted area) felt greasy/sticky/slimy. Ruined the whole experience honestly. The room just felt gross. Won’t ever stay here again.

Nice plave to stay since it is nearby town

It is comfortable staff are nice but my thing is the place has smell kike it is strong chemicals that they used for cleaning purposes I understand they wanna make it spotless clean but they over did it I couldn't breath easy like I want to chekc out immediately to get out of this place

Just another stay. Nothing great
Pros:

Breakfast was great.

Cons:

Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The toilet water tank had problems and didn't work properly, which was very inconvenient. On top of that, one of the pillows had a really bad smell, making it unusable.

We reported both issues to the manager at check out on the front desk, but his only response was, "OK." He didn't apologize or show any concern, which made the situation even more frustrating. Better maintenance and customer service would greatly improve the guest experience.
