Für einen kürzeren Aufenthalt in Landau geeignet
Pros:

Als Zweck zum Schlafen gut geeignet, Zimmer zum Parkplatz sehr ruhig.

Cons:

Das TV Angebot und Bedienbarkeit sind überholt z. B ARD nicht empfangbar.

Perfekt für eine Nacht auf Radtour
Pros:

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein richtig kleines Appartement innerhalb eines Hotels. Die Rezeption ist nur spät am Abend besetzt, aber der Check in verlief problemlos ebenso wie das unterstellen der Fahrräder im Fahrradraum. Es gibt ein großes Wohnzimmer, das für jedermann nutzbar ist, und welches wir zum spielen genutzt haben. Hervorzuheben, insbesondere bei heißem Wetter, ist die Klimaanlage und der Kühlschrank.

Cons:

Nicht unbedingt eine Unterkunft im Grünen, aber das war auch so beschrieben. Bäcker direkt gegenüber und Italiener unten im Haus mit hervorragendem Essen.

Für einen Kurzaufenthalt sehr zu empfehlen.
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr großzügig, mit Küche, Sofa und Klimaanlage ausgestattet.
Die Kommunikation war sehr freundlich.
Das Ein- und auschecken war total unkompliziert.
Wir haben auch Tipps bekommen und genutzt.

Cons:

Für die Bedienung der Klimaanlage wäre eine Anleitung nicht schlecht.
Sehr gute Belüftung im Bad, aber auch sehr laut.

Dem Preis angemessen
Pros:

Die Dame am Empfang war vorbildlich hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war groß und hatte eine Küchenzeile. Für Fahrräder gibt es einen eigenen absperrbaren Raum mit Steckdosen zum Akku aufladen. Bequemes Bett.

Cons:

Die Lage im Gewerbe-Mischgebiet der Unteren Stadt ist so lala: weit weg von der Oberen Stadt auf der anderen Isarseite mit der schnuckeligen Altstadt und den schönen Restaurants.

Alle Zimmer sind im Dachgeschoss. Es gibt keine Klimaanlage. Ich war an einem heißen Tag da und es war grenzwertig heiß im Zimmer.

Der Kühlschrank hat nonstop die ganze Nacht durchgebrummt - auch auf der allerkleinsten Stufe. War etwas nervig.

Es gibt kein Frühstück. Nur in der Bäckerei schräg gegenüber.

Ich würde es eher als Monteurunterkunft beschreiben anstatt Touristenhotel.
