Perfect position and hotel stay.
Pros:

Evening meal and staff were superb. Most staff were superb. Freindly and charming. No idea why the beautiful bar unstairs had no guests using it or atmosphere. The girl was charming on the Saturday. The TV playing constant sport and the man on duty daytime Friday day time were slightly off putting but that feels unkind given where we were. It was almost faultless.

Génial ! Personnel accueillant disponible
Chambres conformes aux photos (suite et chambre double supérieur)
Petit déjeuner très bon ainsi que le restaurant en déjeuner et dîner, service rapide, plat très bons, pratique afin de ne pas perdre du temps et profiter du sanctuaire
Localisation de l’hôtel génial ! À 2 mn à peine de l’entrée du sanctuaire

Un lugar excelente y tranquilo acorde a la espiritualidad de la visita al Santuario.
Pros:

La ubicación al lado del Santuario. La habitación espaciosa y muy limpia. La atención del personal excepcional, siempre una sonrisa.

Cons:

Es mínimo y lo digo porque nada es perfecto.En el lugar donde estaba el escritorio ,que era sumamente cómodo, la señal de Internet no llegaba por lo que no pude ocupar ese espacio para trabajar. Pero la verdad es que todo fue excelente y eso lo digo sólo como una crítica constructiva, porque para mi todo fue excelente.
