Great stay
Pros:

Very clean, staff was awesome. Thankfully for the AC during the hot days. Overall very pleased with the stay

Slightly disappointed with the location, it's located on a touristy street with scam vendors. Would have preferred a more authentic place

Perfectly located hotel in Lourdes
Pros:

This is an excellent hotel and it would be my first choice to stay at if I visit Lourdes again. Its location is perfect as it is situated in the heart of Lourdes and very close to the Sanctuary. It is very comfortable, quiet, clean and it is run by friendly, warm and welcoming staff who are always willing to assist. Highly recommended.

Hotel excelentemente ubicado si vas a la Iglesia y a la gruta, solo a metros de ella, antiguo pero muy bien mantenido, habitaciones amplias, cómodas y un desk con una atención estupenda, en especial Isabela, lo mejor

La note de qualité de l'hôtel aurait pu être très bonne

La situation parfaite de l'hôtel par rapport au site religieux

Cons:

Il y avait une grande manifestation religieuse à proximité de l'hôtel et la ville de Lourdes a fourni à l'hôtel la listes des rues fermées, liste qui nous a été retransmises. Ne connaissant pas Lourdes nous avons par message Booking demandé si le parking del'hôtel était accessible comme prévu dans notre réservation. Il nous fut répondu que la journée de parking coutait 22 €,...ce que nous savions. Donc mensonge par omission... L'hôtel étant dans la zone inaccessible, nous avons beaucoup cherché l'accès et finalement parqué notre voiture à environ 1km compte tenu de l'intense circulation et avons du limiter le poids et le volume de nos bagages transportés ...par nous même. Bravo pour un hôtel 4 étoiles!

Très bel hôtel proche du sanctuaire avec leur magnifique restaurant La Belle Époque. Chambres spacieuses et confortables, personnel prévenant et aux petits soins et excellent petit déjeuner 😊
