Convenient location, comfortable and clean room, tasty food
Pros:

Hotel is in a perfect location for a visit of the Sanctuary. It was comfortable, clean and cosy. Restaurant is very good. I booked a ‘demi-pension’ formula, and it was very convenient, but the food was also very good. All the personnel I met was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was recommended by a friend and I can only recommend it to anyone.

Cons:

Nous avons réservé au Gallia Hôtel via Booking et nous avons été mis dans une autre aile qui est un autre hôtel lié au Gallia, beaucoup moins agréable. Cela n'était évidemment pas spécifié lors de la réservation. J'avais demandé un étage élevé, on nous a attribué une chambre bruyante au 1er étage. Pour un hôtel 4*, pas de chaussons, pas de kit de douche, le confort n'était vraiment pas présent.

Ladies trip to Lourdes
Pros:

The hotel is in a great location. Its steps away from the Basilica and the Grotto. The lobby is really nice. The rooms are nice, enough, but the bathroom in our room had a toilet and a shower and sink in a separate room across the room. That was a little awkward. Also, the hotel charged us a 9 euro uncorking fee which is high and unnecessary when they could simply do it for their guests as a courtesy. I gave it a four for that reason.

Great hotel
Pros:

Great hotel, spacious room, staff was kind and helpful. Very close to the holy site. Excellent gated parking facilities.

Disappointed in the room - very basic for a “deluxe” twin - beds were very narrow, no bedside tables, no mirror in the room, one simple, uncomfortable steel chair on a v narrow balcony. Breakfast same every day, no variety in the buffet

Prima locatie om lopend alles te bezoeken.
Pros:

Mooie locatie, wel lastig te vinden door 1 richtingsverkeer, drukte en onduidelijke bewegwijzering in het centrum.
Receptie echter zeer behulpzaam. Locatie echt perfect, alles is aan te lopen. Mooie veilige parkeerplek achter het hotel.

Perfect location for the Basilica and grotto
Pros:

Our stay was very pleasant and comfortable. Breakfast was amazing. The room was quaint and opens to the carpark, despite it being a busy place for pilgrims and tourists alike there was barely any noise from the outside.
It was a short walk to the Basilica and grounds.
Highly recommend.
