Pros:

The location, the restaurant and breakfast staff, the cleanliness, the restaurant la belle époque, bar, lift and parking. Bathroom was cleaned everyday to standard.

Cons:

The reception staff attitude, the lack of fridge especially for medication storage in the heat , inability to control air conditioning in room, untimely room cleaning impacting on afternoon rest, cleaning time impredictable until late evening, room not hoovered most days. The heat in the 5th floor corridors was extremely uncomfortable.

Pros:

La vue était agréable et il est très facile de rejoindre le Sanctuaire de Lourdes à pied.
Le lit est très grand et très confortable !

Cons:

La chambre était correcte et la climatisation fonctionnait très bien.

En revanche, le ménage n’avait pas été correctement fait : j’ai trouvé des cheveux dans la salle de bain.

J’avais demandé une chambre avec une douche, mais nous avons finalement eu une baignoire.

Dès notre arrivée, le monsieur à la réception n’était pas à la hauteur pour nous expliquer les informations nécessaires. Il était compliqué de rejoindre la chambre depuis le parking. Nous étions avec deux jeunes enfants, mais personne n’est venu nous aider à notre arrivée (même pendant la pluie) !
Il n’y avait pas de chariot à disposition pour les bagages et mon mari a eu beaucoup de mal à en trouver un. Nous avons perdu beaucoup de temps.

C’est dommage, car ces différents points ont gâché notre arrivée à l’hôtel.

En revanche, au moment de quitter l’hôtel, j’ai demandé de l’aide à la réception et un monsieur est venu nous aider très gentiment avec nos bagages. Je le remercie pour sa disponibilité et sa gentillesse.

Le petit-déjeuner est cher et ne vaut pas son prix. Nous nous attendions à une prestation de meilleure qualité.

Convenient location, comfortable and clean room, tasty food
Pros:

Hotel is in a perfect location for a visit of the Sanctuary. It was comfortable, clean and cosy. Restaurant is very good. I booked a ‘demi-pension’ formula, and it was very convenient, but the food was also very good. All the personnel I met was friendly and very helpful. The hotel was recommended by a friend and I can only recommend it to anyone.
