Amazing location
Pros:

The location is Perfect to visit the sanctuary. If breakfast is included Aida will make sure you get a delicious omelette. Highly recommend having dinner onsite worth every penny and Samuel will ensure you get the best service, amazing food and a huge smile

Pros:

Bad customer service
Pros:

I have stayed in this hotel on a suite for three days. Hotel and the room was nice but the staff at the reception are very rude. Specially a member of staff called Maiva is so rude and ignorant .
In a nice hotel like this staff like her is spoiling the reputation of the hotel.

Great hotel with nice rooms, a lovely bar and friendly staff
Pros:

Great welcome, lovely hotel and bar area. The AC worked really well unlike other hotels I had stayed in before. We came back to the bar a few times even when we were not staying at the hotel.

Cons:

Nothing to note. We would stay again.

Prima, verzorgd.
Pros:

Schone, ruime kamer met fijne airco (was wel nodig). Fijne douche en bedden. Heel vriendelijk personeel en ook goed en vooral authentiek restaurant bij dit toch wel klassiek Lourdes hotel. We vonden ook de uitsnede van het schilderij leuk.

Cons:

Het was heel druk, waardoor dat we de auto verder weg moesten parkeren (zonder beveiliging). Was uiteindelijk ok, maar wel een gesleep met koffers ivm met onze roadtrip.

Nothing not to like. It is an older hotel so it is not modern but it did have everything we needed to make our stay very comfortable.

L'emplacement

Cons:

J'ai connu l'hôtel autrefois. Quelle dégringolade.
Loin d'un standard 4 étoiles même 3 étoiles.
Un amateurisme à tous les niveaux.
Aucune communication entre le personnel et l'accueil. Et une arrogance rare vis-à-vis de la clientèle.
Des chambres mal entretenues, je peux dire sales ( moquette tâchee et non aspiree, poussière, dessous lunette WC).
Un service déplorable dans les amenities habitelles d'un hotel.
Chambre surfacturée de 30 euros par rapport à ce qui avait été initialement prévu. La réception, à notre départ, ne sera jamais arrivée à nous imprimer la facture, (envoi mail), même à deux réceptionnistes .
J'ai même du contester la facturation supplémentaire de services déjà inclus ( petit-déjeuners)
La chambre 209 : à fuir . Odeur de charogne en décomposition dans la salle de bain, dans un doublage du mur certainement.
J'ai demandé à ce qu'ils condamnent cette chambre. Business is Business et je suis persuadée que cette chambre est encore en service.
Le soir, de très jeunes mineures attendent. Adossées dans l'entrée de l'hôtel. Choquant.
Amateurisme. Aucun professionnalisme. Aucune communication. Mauvaise foi, un chek in trop long, et des chambres vieillissantes et mal entretenues.
Très cher pour le service rendu.
