Superb Hotel
Pros:

The room and hotel services were excellent. The breakfast was also excellent with a wide variety of items. We enjoyed the food in the restaurant and the Food and beverage supervisor Sebastien was excellent in his service. The Front office staff Montserrat and Izabelle were very good in their guest relations.

For a short pilgrimage to Lourdes, this was an amazing stay very comfortable room updated had everything that you could

Location was great. The bed was totally comfortable. Had a sound sleep. Staff was helpful and really try to communicate with us. We had so little French.

Cons:

We did not have a refrigerator in our room and I had brought medication that needed it. There was one in there, but it did not work and it appeared that they don’t actually let guests use the in room refrigerators It was lost for a moment which was troubling, but it was found causing us a bit of stress on our departure

Ótimo hotel muito bem localizado.
Pros:

Muito próximo ao Santuário de Lourdes; hotel antigo e por isso possui instalações bastantes confortáveis.

Cons:

Não possui um frigobar/minibar. O hóspede fica sem acesso a bebidas geladas.
