Séjour agréable et parfait

Un excellent séjour du début à la fin ! L’hôtel est idéalement situé, ce qui permet de profiter pleinement des alentours tout en restant dans un cadre calme et agréable. L’accueil a été chaleureux et professionnel, avec une équipe toujours souriante et attentive. La chambre était impeccable, confortable, très bien équipée et décorée avec goût. Tout était réuni pour passer un moment parfait. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir et recommandons cet hôtel sans hésitation !

The room and the bathroom were huge and very clean.
Location was perfect.
Staff were very friendly.

Cons:

The luggage storage process needs to be improved. They only had one key, which they entrusted to the guest to return to them once they’ve stored their suitcases.
I made sure I returned it to reception. However, when we went to collect our bags a few hours after, reception found out the other guest didn’t return the key.
They had no duplicates as well.
I had to ask reception that surely they must have a master key. So they asked the manager for it.
They really should have duplicates plus, they should accompany the guest to the storage room (DO NOT GIVE THE KEY TO THE GUEST HOPING FOR THEM TO RETURN IT).
It’s good we made it just in time for the train back to Paris.

Im definitely coming back to his place and i will definitely recommend it.
Pros:

Location is great and accessible to all my point of interest, few walks to shops ,restaurant and sactuary. A few meter away from city centre and very safe place to stay. Hotel food are affordable . Im happy i met someone working in this hotel from my town back from Pinas and we are very much safe and comfortable staying here with my 3 boys.

Cons:

Breakfast is good but limited to only one meat everyday .

Franchement, l'hôtel était bien.
Je n'avais pas pris de chambre. Avec douche, et comme ma mère, et moi n'en pouvons pas monter dans une baignoire, ils nous l'ont changé directement. Service impeccable
