Satisfactory 2 nights stay!
Pros:

The location is great! It's very close to the Sanctuary. The front desk staff( esp. mention to Mr. NAIN) were friendly and accomodating.They allowed us for early check-in. Helped us to call a taxi to take us to Bétharram Cave, and also helped to store our baggages even after chexk-out.
The room is air-conditioned, clean and comfortable.

Cons:

No refrigerator..but not a big deal!🙂

Pleasant stay but would book a more spacious room next time.
Pros:

Manar on reception was very pleasant and helpful. Nain also.
I stayed in a 6 person dorm which was very tight and the word 'sardines' comes to mind.
I paid for breakfast which I found disappointing.
Otherwise, the hotel was in a good location and overall, quite pleasant, for budget accommodation.

Simple et efficace que soit au niveau de la proximité du sanctuaire, et de la cuisine au sein de l’hôtel.
Pros:

La proximité du sanctuaire, et la sympathie du personnel et de la grande patronne.
La nourriture était de qualité (ce n’est pas du 1er prix) , le choix n’était pas énorme (2 choix : viande ou poisson.) mais je dirais tout de même, simple et efficace.

Pros:

Hotel was fantastic, the location to the Grotto is so close all the staff at the hotel are very nice and helpful.
Only one thing that could be changed is tea and coffee is in the rooms bit no MILK i had to go down to the resturant in the morning and get some. Otherwise very good.
