Super gelegen, gutes Frühstück. Parkplatz eng aber okay kosten mit 15€ pro Tag gut.

Cons:

leider hatten wir die Dusche in der Badewanne. Der Ein und Ausstieg machte es nicht so einfach.

Overrated Restaurant, and uncomfortable beds with noisy rooms

I was rather disappointed

Cons:

The place is very busy and the waiters are very stressed. The food is OK but nothing special.we reserved months before for family party with over 20 people, but we didn’t receive good treatment. The mattress in the room was uncomfortable,the place was rather noisy. They overcharged us and promised to repay, but this never happened.

Ein außergewöhnliches Hotel, wir kommen gerne wieder.
Pros:

Die Auffmachung des Hotels "wie zu Luthers Zeiten" ist außergewöhnlich und mit viel Liebe zum Detail gestaltet. Wir historische Atmosphäre liebt, ist hier genau richtig.

A Great Base for Exploring Eisenach

This hotel was exactly what we needed for our stay. The staff were genuinely friendly, and everything from check-in to check-out went smoothly.

The room was a little compact and fairly basic, but it was clean, comfortable, and well maintained. While it didn’t have many extras, it offered everything we needed for a good night’s sleep.

Einmaliges Ambiente
Pros:

Das mittelalterliche Ambiente, bis hin zur Kleidung der Angestellten hat uns sehr gefallen. Das Zimmer ist liebevoll eingerichtet, sauber und es war für uns genug Platz trotz Aufbettung vorhanden. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und das Frühstück abwechslungsreich und lecker. Die Lage ist wunderbar. Alle Ausflugsziele sind schnell erreicht. Das Restaurant im Untergeschoss ist sehr zu empfehlen. Das Ambiente und das Essen sind außergewöhnlich.

Cons:

Die Lattenroste der Betten sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Die Tür zum Zimmer ist etwas verzogen und schleifte beim Öffnen auf dem Boden.

Uns hat die Lage gut gefallen, das Frühstück war sehr abwechslungsreich und die Betten waren sehr bequem.

Cons:

Leider hatten wir Schimmel im Badezimmer, der wurde zwar „ mit Farbe überstrichen“, aber dieses hat leider an der Tatsache nichts geändert
An vielen Stellen sehr oberflächlich geputzt (Fenster Dusche, Heizung)

Das Ambiente war genau so, wie man es erwartet hat und wurde in allen Bereichen umgesetzt. Das fanden wir sehr toll. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es gab ein gutes und reichhaltiges Frühstück, was keine Wünsche offen lies.

Einfach nur geil. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt. Das Essen und das Frühstück waren der Hammer. Alles sehr liebevoll gemacht. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!!
