The location was amazing across the road from Kensington Gardens close to shops
We have stayed here twice now and it is always very comfortable for three adults staying in one room. Good size room with everything you need. The reception staff are always very helpful and the room was even ready before official check in time which was brilliant!
It’s not the prettiest hotel to look at but the location right next to Hyde park is amazing! The housekeeping staff were a little dismissive when we were incorrectly told we could watch a streaming service on the room TV but not enough to dampen the stay.
Perfect location, simple check in process, lift from reception to room very easy and underground parking in Central London which really helps
We booked 5 nights on one rate but hotel charged us different rates on all 5 days and charges were not according to the facilities available
A small gym
L’emplacement correspondait parfaitement à ce que nous recherchions : un quartier calme, à l’écart de l’agitation du centre-ville, à proximité d’un parc et desservi par la ligne centrale du métro.
L’hôtel était propre et bien entretenu. À notre arrivée, nous avons été un peu surpris de constater qu’il était situé au-dessus d’une station-service. Cependant, cela s’est finalement révélé être un véritable atout. Nous avons pu y acheter nos boissons et quelques produits du quotidien à des prix bien inférieurs à ceux pratiqués dans le centre-ville. La station-service, ouverte 24h/24, dispose également d’un petit magasin très pratique. Malgré cette situation particulière, aucun désagrément n’a perturbé notre séjour ni notre repos.
L’accès à l’hôtel est très facile en métro, en descendant à la station Queensway. De nombreux restaurants proposant des cuisines variées se trouvent également à proximité.
Le service de chambre était excellent et le personnel très agréable. Propreté super. Je recommande volontiers cet hôtel.
Les deux seuls points que nous avons moins appréciés concernaient le lit double et les ascenseurs. Le lit était équipé de roulettes d'un coté, ce qui le faisait légèrement bouger lorsque l’on s’asseyait dessus (pratique pour le nettoyage amis moins pour la stabilité - le lit simple lui était sans roulette). Cela dit, la literie était de très bonne qualité et nous avons très bien dormi (cela n'a causé aucun problème durant la nuit). Par ailleurs, les ascenseurs étaient assez lents, ce qui pouvait parfois entraîner un peu d’attente aux heures de pointe.
