Lage ist nahe am Flughafen. Zimmer war sauber. Für eine Übernachtung vor dem Abflug sehr geeignet.

Cons:

Der Frühstücksbereich ist recht klein. Die Auswahl durchschnittlich. Es gibt keinen Flughafentransfer.

Pros:

Missed breakfast

Distance from the train station to the hotel required an in-direct route. Several of the sidewalks were non-existent.
Now that I know much better, I will enter the mall (that has level ground floor), eat at the food court, then exit the mall and walk across the street to McD, turn right and then hotel is nearby. The absolute best thing at the hotel was the hot tub with those 6 strong jets. I saw staff working on the garden, cleaning the facilities, and basically friendly. it was good to have available in the lobby coffee & hot water (for tea; bags provided).

Cons:

Getting to the hotel required an in-direct route. The hotel requires much walking to get to where the real Chinese
restaurants are located. Nevertheless, there are some restaurants across the street (from the backside of the hotel).

Overall good location in Richmond, BC. Recently updated facility!
Pros:

It is nice to have the continental breakfast ready for the morning right in the hotel as most restaurants in Richmond are not opened yet.

Cons:

We discovered all their yogurts past the best-before date, but the manager insisted that it was all right to serve the guests with.

Excellent Location for city and airport
Pros:

Excellent location, very convenient into the city and to the airport. Classical sleep-and-fly hotel.

Cons:

The breakfast was very simple. All prepacked food. Lots of people. Very busy. We gave up and went outside for breakfast.
