Disappointed
Pros:

Close to dining and ihop next door

Cons:

Shower didn’t drain and made noises all night. I wanted to extend my stay but staff wasn’t very helpful so I booked another hotel close by

BEWARE OF WHAT BOOKING.COM GETS YOU INTO!
Pros:

ABSOLUTELY NOTHING! Booking.com should be ashamed and embarrassed to advertise this pit for customers to stay.

Cons:

This space isn't big enough to list what was ridiculous and unsanitary! And I especially don't like that Booking.com is unwilling to assist me in a refund since I was forced to check out after one miserable night, yet I was charged for 4 nights!

It was just okay
Pros:

It was spacious and room bed was comfortable

Cons:

The property was hard to locate.
The check in staff was not friendly.
The food at the restaurant was horrible. We had to send our food back after waiting 45 minutes to get a pasta dish, only having it to be cold and tasteless

I had absolutely NO HOT WATER! When I went and told the front desk, he said "I was afraid that was going to happen" THEY KNOW THERE IS NO HOT WATER AND STILL LET ME STAY THERE WITHOUT INFORMING ME. I asked for a refund and he said he can't do that and that the manager was out for a "bachelorette party" until Monday and that I would have to call then. How unprofessional can this get?
The food was not edible and I spent 14.00 for breakfast that I walked away from and 25.00 for dinner that I choked down due to being so hungry.
Also, I got NO sleep due to the fact the curtains do not close and I had a bright light blaring in my window all night.
This was one of the absolute worst places I have ever stayed. I want my money back. No-I don't want points-I want a full refund for one of the worst experiences ever.
