My stay was cozy, relaxing, breath-taking escape from my normal day to day.
Pros:

I liked how Knowledgeable, informational, respectful, and easy to talk to the front desk staff were. They also made sure to make sure I had all I need along with; making sure all my questions and concerns were addressed. Even when I hesitated about asking for a noon checkout, the front desk clerk was very nice about granting me one. :)

Cons:

I honestly didn't find or have anything I didn't like. :)

location wad prime as everything we needed was u der a mile yo get to and tge view from our room on the nineth floor was amazing.

Cons:

a spare pillow and blanket for the coych would have been perfect

Decent
Pros:

Very nice place, staff was very attentive and friendly.

Cons:

Breakfast was not included with the stay as listed when booked. Was very dissatisfied when I walked down and saw there was no breakfast as I had a work meeting an hour and a half later. I was told it had to be ordered and I didn’t have time.

Pros:

The staff went way above and beyond anything they had to do just to help us feel comfortable and welcomed. Our room was extremely big and very comfortable with a couch and chair. We will be back for a longer stay and I can't wait to go back.

Cons:

That there wasn't an extra blanket or pillow for the couch in the family room. Besides that everything else was outstanding.

It was a decent stay.
Pros:

The breakfast was not great. The eggs were in a big block. There was little choice. I've definitely had better breakfast buffets.

Cons:

More selection would have been nice. There were two ladies taking care of the dining room. They did not approach me while I was there, but did approach several other offering coffee or water.

Awful. Credit card machine was down and the lady wouldn’t restart the computer or merchant machine so we couldn’t pay for our deposit and had to find another hotel after I had already paid for hotel
