This was literally the best capsule I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to Japan 10+ times & out of the many capsule hotels I’ve stayed at, this one was the best. Location is great & close to Oasis 21 & multiple subways (~5-8 min walk for the multiple subways nearby). The onsen was GREAT! Had a great selection of bathing amenities, great and large longer for both men & women, you can pick the type of pillow you wanted, the locker space was large, had plenty of toilets & space for women to get ready in, had high grade hair dryers (ReFa brand), food & drinks were free, & staff were very friendly. Overall, would stay here again!
The pajama set was a bit small. If you have a muscular build, they might be very tight.

The bed was very comfortable and the onsen was so nice!
The elevators were kind of small, so it took some time to catch one.
Initially I was told I was on the 2nd floor during check in but it turns out I was on the 3rd floor.

Very good value for the money!
Price includes spa, sauna, massage chairs, breakfast, dinner, unlimited drinks and a lot of alcohol, comfortable capsule (what you don't have to leave around noon, like in some other places). Clean and well-organised place with polite and helpful staff.
A big thank you to the staff: Suzuki, Chie, Arjun, Riki, Ozaki, Ota, Shinohara, Sean, Sho and to the others, who I don't know their names, but helped me in some way.
One of the washing machines is still not fixed, but I've been told that the part that needs to change is hard to come by and they are working on it, so hopefully soon it will be fixed. Also, I'm not that happy, that in the lounge, women have their own place, while men don't - men have to share.
