Client régulier j'ai vraiment été déçu

Les chambres rénovées

Cons:

Clim en panne, plus de 30 degrés dans la chambre, le personnel n'a même pas offert de bouteilles d'eau pour dédommagement. J'avais demandé une chambre rez-de-chaussée rivière, j'ai eu une premier étage autoroute ... la réponse c'est si vous voulez aller ailleurs n'hésitez pas

Pros:

Sehr freundliches Personal, schön eingerichtetes und sauberes Zimmer und eine ruhige Lage, da wir ein Zimmer auf der Rückseite des Gebäudes hatten.
Optimaler Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in der Umgebung, viele Möglichkeiten um auswärts zu essen in der näheren Umgebung.

Cons:

Die Außenanlage könnte etwas gepflegter sein
Frische Handtücher und Toilettenpapier wurden nach der Zimmerreinigung nicht aufgefüllt

la desinvolture du personnel qui nous explique que les stock ne sont pas mis a jour que la "bouffe " n est pas terrible qu il choisisse lui meme l heure a laquelle on peu venir manger afin de ne pas etre debordé par le services . le fait qu il n y plus de coca cola depuis 6 mois d apres le personnel bien qu honnete la démarche du réceptionniste est complétement déplacée . comme il m a dit lui meme ce n est pas l hotel a son père . si il avait eu la descence de nous prévenir de cela avant de nous installé a table j aurais nsurement trouver ca plus drole .

L’insistance des femmes de ménages pour vous faire quitter la chambre elle est venue 3 fois alors que la chambre est disponible jusqu’à midi!!!sans compter qu’elles restent devant les portes de chambres avec leur portable son au maximum!!!c’est bien dommage !!!il faudrait quand même y remédier…

Le calme dans la chambre, pas de bruit des voisins de chambre, petit déjeuné varié.

Cons:

Lors du premier petit déjeuner, à 7h30, un groupe était présent et il n'y avait pas suffisamment de chaises pour s'assoir. Mon époux a dû manger pour partie debout jusqu'à ce qu'une table se libère. Le distributeur de boisson chaude ne fournissait pas toutes les boissons, sûrement une panne provisoire mais qui a durée le temps du séjour de 3 nuits.
