Trzeba zmienić zarządzanie
Pros:

Poprosiłem o zmianę pościeli. Były plamy na powłoce i jednym ręczniku. Kabina z ciemnymi fugami.
Pościel i reczniki na moją interwencję wymieniono

Cons:

Hotel musi przejść remont. Powinno być lepsze zarządzanie . Ograniczenie personelu źle wpływa na jakość obsługi.

Cons:

Die Decke im Bad war schimmig. Überall war es dreckig, sogar die Wände. Der Teppich war ersichtlich länger nicht gesaugt wurden.
Wie waren so oft da, immer war es okay, diesmal war es aber unterirdisch...
